Lots of great options - Edit
This place was a gem! Lots of great vegan options and the food was really tasty. Had the drunken noodles with tofu and the jade dumplings. Vegan menu as a separate section in the full menu, staff were lovely and helpful. Portions were a bit big for us but we took home the extras, which they nicely packed for us

Phenomenal noodles - Edit
We had a hard time deciding between all of the restaurants in the Wynn where we stayed since THEY ALL HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS!!! At the end of the day, we are noodle and dim sum obsessed so Wazuzu won out. The drunken noodles did not disappoint with exceptional wok seared flavor and featuring our favorite gai lan (Chinese broccoli). We also ordered the Jade dumplings, black pepper steak, and an extra side of gai lan. (Important note for vegans: the house made soy sauce they bring to the table when you first arrive has fish sauce in it, ask for regular tamari if you want soy sauce). The huge crystal dragon on the wall is also gorgeous

Great vegan menu - Edit
Had the drunken noodles with garden, chicken, cucumber, salad, and dumplings. All delicious. They do not market the vegan menu. It's in the back of the regular one. Lots of yummy choices.

Decent noodles, not enough veggies - Edit
I got the drunken noodles with tofu and veggies - the veggies mostly consisted of onions and green onions, with a couple cherry tomatoes. I believe I was charged extra for the tofu, not sure why that was - the tofu was good, the noodles were fine.

Cons: Mostly just green onions for the "veggies"

Lovely vegan food, had to wait 30 minutes to get a table but well worth the wait. Would recommend the drunken noodles & pad Thai on 3 spice!

Vegan Asian at the Wynn Hotel - Edit
This restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and it did not take long to be seated. They had several vegan options and what we did try was ok, but not amazing. I would not say I would go back. I did really enjoy the sushi, however.

Good Vegan Food - Edit
As has been mentioned before, has good tasty vegan selection, a bit pricy though. The cocktails were tasty too. Didn't like the non vegan roti ice cream dessert much as you could taste the oil in the fried roti.

Restaurant has its own Vegan menu. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to your questions. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend the sushi rolls. The drunken noddles are delicious and very filling. Miso soup can be made vegan also

Best dish in Vegas - Edit
Had the vegan drunken noodles with gardein chick’n. Spicy and fresh. Choose your own spice rating from 1-5. The best food I’ve eaten out here.

Nice place for vegan lunch - Edit
After the disappointments at RED8, I was still hungry. After a short walk I saw the white dragon of Wazuzu. The place was packed, I had to come back after 15 minutes. I tried the famous Drunken Noodles. Well, it was pretty good! The staff is nice, after all it was a good experience.

Fancy feast - Edit
This is a lovely restaurant with large crystal dragon along the side & large sculpture of pairs in the middle. I've eaten here twice with vegan & omni friends, once years ago & the second time last weekend & all enjoyed it both times.

Shiitake roll and Jade dumpling were ridiculous. We ordered a second round. This will be a staple on our trips to Vegas. Beautiful restaurant in The Encore. Professional service.

Light Lunch - Edit
Had the Shitaki Roll with "vegan eel sauce". Mushrooms definitely gave me the rubbery eel feel. Tasty, but very small portion and I got the larger roll. I was envious of people at another table with their large sushi rolls made of animals, but hey, I don't need that much food. Also had the jade dumplings which were fine (four). Kind of gelatinous. But still tasty. The two dishes made for a nice light snack, but for the same price I could have waited in line for the buffet (which I just can't do) and stuffed my face.

not as good as we were expecting - Edit
We had eaten at Mizuna the night before so our expectations were high for Wazuzu. We ordered the jade and chikn/cabbage dumplings--both kinds were a hit. The entrees, however, turned out to be just okay, Uninspired pad thais. The broccoli with the soy sauce reduction (on the regular but not veg menu) was very good. I ordered the large bowl of dumpling soup and I first I found the Chinese 5 spice to be a bit of a turn off but it grew on me. The veg menu was decent but not as extensive as I'd hoped. There were other items on the regular menu that were veg but not included on the veg menu, so it is worth it to go through both menus.
Read moreI had thought about going to Red 8 but we settled on Wazuzu as a less pricy option. I am not sure it was worth it.

Sooooooo good.... - Edit
I've always loved the food I've eaten here. It seems like I've gotten into the routine of ordering Jade Dumplings and Drunken Noodles. The flavors are so good I really look forward to eating here multiple times during any Vegas stay. It's casual and you can usually walk in and be seated quickly. The service is almost always very fast. It's open to the casino so you can people watch while eating. I'll miss this place once I leave Vegas and will definitely be back.

Delicious vegan options, but $$$ - Edit
Has a large vegan/veg section. Wazuzu is listed as a casual dining option at the Encore casino, but it is more expensive than I would usually pay for a meal. I ordered the vegan tofu drunken noodle platter. The large platter of thick cut noodles, fried tofu, sweet tomatoes and scallions was truly delicious!

Valentine's dinner - Edit
We stopped here for a very nice dinner. The return was full and we were seated right away. Our server was nice, but he could of filled up my water glass a little sooner. We ordered the California roll, shiitake nagi and the shiitake spinach dumplings. Everything was very good. The menu does a great job explains on the menu. I would return in a heartbeat for the shiitake nagi roll!!

Great Asian Cuisine - Edit
I was so excited to visit Encore after hearing that the restaurants on property have vegan options. I was disappointed that I had to ask the server for the vegan friendly meals, but they were happy to accomodate me. The Asian cuisine has a lot of flavor and I was pleased with my stir fry dish with fresh veggies. They have a few vegan sides and a vegetarian fried rice and are definitely able to make your meal vegan friendly, but you have to ask.
