Had the vegan Caesar salad which was really good and large! My husband had the impossible meatballs with rigatoni. Bread with olive oil was free and tasty.

Great restaurant, nice ambiance fantastic service and a vegan section on the menu!
Read moreWe ordered the Pasta Alla Vodka & Caesar Salad. Salad was good, pasta… not so much. Tasteless and kinda sad.
4 stars since we really liked the restaurant overall, but maybe we will come back and try other items.

Great options - Edit
We came here with non vegan friends and chose it because they had clearly marked vegan items on the menu. We had the impossible meatballs and the Cesar salad and vegan penne a la vodka. It was delicious! Great to eat at an Italian restaurant that didn’t just give me bland pasta with vegetables.

Tasty upscale Italian - Edit
We had a wonderful dinner at Allegro. The impossible meatballs, vegan Caesar salad, and Vodka Sauce Penne hit the spot. The menu items were clearly labeled vegan and had its own section. Even our meat eating friends loved the meatballs!

So good. I just got a big salad, but my friends all got the lasagna. The lasagna is ridiculously good. And it’s a big portion.
Read moreI loved my salad. It was really big and tasty and fresh. It was cool of them to just make me a big entree sized vegan salad.
The wine is fantastic as well. And the bread.
My friends went back the next day and got pizza and said it was just as good as the lasagna.
This place is on the pricy side and also you’ll likely have to wait for a table unless you made reservations, but both of those things are warranted considering the quality of food here. Really good service as well.

Fine dining - Edit
It’s hard to find fine dining for vegans, this was such a treat. I am sad that the cannelloni is not on the menu currently, it was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

Good Vegan Italian - Edit
They have a section on their menu with 5 vegan dishes. I got the Pasta Alla Vodka and really enjoyed it. My son got the Cesar salad, and it was REALLY good as well. They didn't have any vegan desserts though, but I still got plenty full with what we ordered.

i wish i could give allegro 5 stars (it defaults to 4 because it serves meat). hubbz and i split the vegan meatballs and each had a vegan lasagne (both items made with impossible meat). we also ordered a side of sautéed spinach. everything was flawless; full of flavor and hot. we are stuffed and happy!

Great pizza! - Edit
They have multiple vegan options for entree and one option for dessert (which I think is really nice as most restaurants usually have only one or two entree options for vegans and no dessert). All dishes sounded really good and it was hard to make a choice, but I went with the vegan ricotta pizza (Bosco Pizza) and was not disappointed! When the waiter brought the bread, he quickly informed me that the bread was also vegan (and it was really good). I really recommend this place to vegans!

Vegan In Vegas - Edit
This restaurant had a few vegan options. I got the Lasagna. My wife got the Impossible Meatballs.
Read moreThe lasagna was VERY good. If you put this plate in front of a non-vegan, I don’t think they would give it a 2nd thought that it might be vegan. I honestly expected it to be extremely salty, but it was perfect.

I am usually not the biggest fan of vegan meat but I had the vegan meatballs with almond ricotta and wow was that good!!! As an appetizer I had the vegetable minestrone, be aware that this is vegetarian but can be made vegan.

Nice dining atmosphere with helpful and accommodating staff. We had the roasted beet salad and the vegan chicken parmigiana. Thankfully, we shared our meal as the portions are very generous. The pasta and sauce were perfectly cooked. The chicken was delicious and very filling. The dish was topped with just the right amount of vegan mozzarella. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had on this trip to Vegas.

You pay for what you... - Edit
How does that saying go again? I forgot after eating at this restaurant. My vegan cannelloni was ok. I was super excited to try vegan ricotta at a Wynn restaurant and simply wasn’t impressed. To put it the best way I know how, the food was ok. For the amount of money, it should be spectacular. I believe it as $23 for a three cannelloni baked dish.

plenty of vegan options - Edit
There were three vegan entrees to choose from; and some pizzas, soups and salads could also be ordered as vegan. The complimentary bread w/oil was also vegan. I went to the Wynn hotel specifically in search of a vegan friendly restaurant after reading online that every restaurant in the hotel had vegan options because Steve Wynn is a vegan. I was not disappointed. The hotel was by far the more beautifully decorated for Christmas than any of the other hotels I had the chance to visit on the strip. The wait staff knew exactly what was vegan without having to ask the chef. The meals were between $20-$40 for entrees with soups and salads in the $15 range. You could also see the menu on display before entering. As far as taste, the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. It was good. I will say that I have eat at a couple other restaurants in Vegas over the weekend (one vegan fast food and another high end restaurant that tried to cater to my diet), and this restaurant was the only one I left that I didn't feel like I may have had my food cross contaminated with animal products. As many vegans know this can make you ill. So for options, ambiance and knowledgeable staff this place deserves 3 stars. I would have rated higher if the food was exceptional and if the staff was a bit more enthusiastic about being there. I had the opportunity to interact with a few staff in the hotel, and all of them knew their jobs, but none seemed to really enjoy them.

High-end restaurant with some vegan options - Edit
Located in the Wynn Hotel, it is of course an high-end and quite expensive restaurant.
Read moreThey understand what a vegan is, now you still have to mention it for everything you order.
The choice is not that big, just a few dishes can be made vegan.
I had the Baby Kale Salad, Organic Ancient Grain Penne and Vegan Tapioca.
This costed 52$ in total, some other veal or meat dishes on the menu costed already 50$ on their own.
Vegan cheaper?
Good place for dinner where you can invite everyone with you, since you'll find any kind of food style.
It is quite expensive!
Pros: Vegan choice
Cons: Expensive, Limited vegan choice
