Excellent Tom Kha - Edit
Went with my non vegan gf knowing there was a vegan menu (in every Wynn spot btw) but not really with big expectations. I read on here that folx liked the Tom Kha and that was the staff rec too. It was SUPER TASTY and delish. Yes the vibes here are awesome - you feel like you’re in a movie and could be serenaded at any moment. And yes it’s expensive but so is everywhere in Vegas so you gotta know that goin in. That dish was awesome though, like the tofu was gentle and pillowy but still had excellent light crispy on its outside. Fancy mushrooms were tasty and that sauce just killed it. Get it. You won’t regret it. Oh also it was piping hot when served and stayed that way til I finished it. Do it.

Very upset happy cow won’t allow 5 stars - Edit
I ate at Delilah for me my wedding party last year. I have eaten at many Wynn restaurants in the past and have had some amazing dining experience. This was no exception. At the time I ate at Delilah the vegan selection was small with only one appetizer, one entree and burger. Regardless the ambiance seemed amazing for my small event so I went ahead and booked. This was some of the best food and service I have ver had in my life. My appetizer was an off

Amazing. I would eat it every day if I could. So fresh and light but still flavorful. My entree was a pasta with eggplant. I was not excited about this as I don’t like eggplant. But holy moly was I wrong. This pasta was delicate, rich, flavorful, and the eggplant… one of the best foods I have eaten. I don’t know how but it tasted like crispy chicken. On top the amazing food the service was spectacular. The servers cared about every aspect of your experience and made the night memorable. This meal was expensive however I would go back any chance I could. This dining experience remains unmatched.

Finally understand the phrase « kiss the chef » - Edit
I would have given five stars because this was hands down the best vegan culinary experience I’ve had… those are reserved for vegan and vegetarian restaurants on this app.
Read moreThis restaurant is a throwback to the supper clubs of old Vegas. You dress up for live music and dinner. It’s worth the experience.
They had a vegan/gluten free bread, which was my least favorite part of the meal because everything else was delicious.
The squash appetizer even had my non vegan friends salivating. The taste, the texture, the whole damn dish was on point. This is the point where I decided that I wanted to marry the chef.
Then the Carrot Tom Kha came. This is when heaven came early. The whole damn gate way was apparent in the crispy tofu, the curry and the rice.
I would go back anytime.
