A few options - Edit
I was pretty disappointed with how many options are actually at the Wynn resort. I specifically stayed there with high hopes of loads of options. There just aren't. It's still better than most, so here we are. Day one, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. It tasted very good. The second day, I ordered the Spanish Omelet, and that was even better - especially with some hot sauce. I have to say, the coffee gets the gold. It is delicious, and they offer dairy free milks to boot.

Came for the vegan chicken and waffles. Portion was pretty big. Maybe I read too many reviews beforehand but it wasn’t as good as I was expecting. Service was good and coffee was amazing. In hindsight I had tried a different dish. #Veganuary

Wonderful food and atmosphere - Edit
Several vegan options on the menu. My favorite is the Superfoods Salad with Tofu. The garden hummus is also amazing and so is the ice tea selection.

I’ve been twice now & it’s had plenty of vegan options. Clearly marked. sitting inside & outside are both cute. FYI the portions are small. I’d go back still, I heard the Wynn has vegan options everywhere

Came for chickn waffles - Edit
Came for the sole purpose of trying chickn waffles. The portion was big and we shared. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. They had loads of clearly labeled options and were very knowledgeable. It was pricy, 30 dollars for one dish.

I was excited to see an omelette made with Just Egg, but it was very mediocre. Small and overpriced, lacking flavor. It wasn't bad per say, but I wouldn't recommend it. They were able to make a side of vegan breakfast potatoes. That was a good choice because the omelette itself wasn't filling either! Service was good but be prepared to wait.

Best vegan French Toast I had in Vegas - Edit
Nice place with several vegan options, like all the restaurants in the Wynn. I thought the vegan French toast was delicious -- better than that at Primrose. As you see in the pictures it includes some berries and a vegan whip.

Best in Las Vegas - Edit
Las Vegas has lots of good vegan options but this was by far my favourite. We went for breakfast and they have lots of options, I wish we had time to go more often. I had the French toast but suggestion don’t add the sausages as they are just impossible or beyond patties and they are a bit sad. It’s pricey but worth it.

We checked all restaurants at Wynn to see if they retained their vegan menu but sadly they modified at ton of it. They removed the scrambled egg/omelette from Terrace Pointe as well as Tableau.

Great Breakfast w/ Options - Edit
We went here twice for breakfast. Both times I got the vegan Berry waffle (you have to specify, but their menu is marked if something is vegan or can be made vegan). There are several choices including a chocolate raspberry pancake with coconut cream, French toast, and chicken and waffles! I'm not a big breakfast person, but their breakfast is amazing!

We enjoyed Sunday Brunch here again here this past Sunday. If you are into ambiance like I am…. This is the breakfast/brunch place to go! The service is is always great and the food is impeccable!! This time we had the vegan brunch special with the cast iron skillet pancake with fruit, coffee and carrot juice! So delicious!!!

This was a great place for an upscale breakfast. I went with the recommendation of the chicken and waffles. It was a new dish to me so I didn't realize that the waffles were more savory than sweet. The portions were enormous and I would have loved to have had half the portion for half the price ... It was over $20 for that entree.
