GWe got seated very quickly, my partner got a burger and me the bolognese as much as well enjoyed them I thought the bolognses could of been much more, I'm not sure what I was exciting from eating at the wynn, my fault for not looking more at the prices before hang.

I love this place so much for breakfast - Edit
I come to Las Vegas at least once a year for work and always try to come here for breakfast at least once. It’s my happy place- an oasis of calm and tranquility in a frenetic city. The staff are polite and efficient, nothing is rushed. The place is spotlessly clean. And best of all they have a vegan menu. I usually opt for the scramble. It’s yummy. The tomatoes are to die for (and I don’t really like tomatoes). If you’re vegan in Las Vegas come here - it’s worth jumping in a taxi for.

They have yummy vegan options! - Edit
They have a few vegan options. Ask your server. The menu doesn’t really tell you what’s vegan. The view is amazing. I had amazing vegan multi-grain pancakes- off menu. And get the potato cakes with the homemade ketchup and hot sauce. I think the potato cakes were the best out of my breakfast!

Vegans! Don't go here! They removed most of their vegan options - Edit
I went here after seeing reviews for an amazing vegan egg benedict and when I got here the waiter apologized saying most of the vegan options have been removed since the pandemic due to the chef. The only thing that's vegan is bolognese and an impossible burger. No breakfast except maybe a smoothie or oatmeal. At many restaurants at the Wynn they removed their seperate vegan menus and just added a few items to their main menu. Disappointing. They also used the Vegan V symbol for vegetarian items

Cons: No good vegan breakfast options, expensive, Removed seperate vegan menu.

Vegan delight!!!! - Edit
We ventured over to the Wynn and found this place!!! Only reason I rated 4 is because the App will not allow a 5 star rating if they are not full vegan.

Great Breakfast Option - Edit
We went with a group and sat outside for a very nice experience. We ordered the tofu benedict, apple pancakes (with whole wheat batter vs. buttermilk), and the Impossible Burger. I also indulged and ordered a few Bloody Mary drinks! The Impossible Burger was the best I've ever had, but the tofu benedict and the pancakes were good, not great. The portions are small, and the price is high. Usually, we like to support Vegas' vegan-only restaurants, but it was a great place to dine with a group of omnivores.

Vegan Benedict and Tableau Potatoes are wonderful - Edit
The vegan benedict consists of a whole wheat bread base, spinach, avocado, oven-roasted tomato, tofu, and a balsamic roasted tomato hollandaise sauce. This is a small but wonderful dish that goes great with the Tableau Potatoes. Today it was served with one of the Tableau Potatoes on the side, but I'm not sure if that side is always served with it. As much as I loved this dish, the Tableau Potatoes and home-made ketchup were the rockstars food-wise for my whole trip. I was just amazed at how good these tasted, and I recommend them to anyone visiting this area.

We struggled a little to find good vegan Brunch options on the strip so were super excited to find this place. We had the ‘eggs’ benedict with a side of tableau potatoes and mimosas - the food was amazing, so delicious. Definitely wait for an outside table if you have time as it’s lovely next to the pool.

Good vegetarian & vegan dining - Edit
Like other restaurants at the Wynn & Encore, Tableau has vegetarian & vegan menus. It is an elegant but casual restaurant with nice decor & lots of views outside so you get light. Service is very good. I was offered a complimentary newspaper after being seated for breakfast. Food is expensive, but falls within Las Vegas strip range. The food, however, is very good. I had the blueberry pancakes which were vegan along with vegan sausage. I have posted a photo of my meal & the vegetarian breakfast & lunch menu. They are very good about also telling you what is vegan.

The toast trio is very good but on the bland side in terms of flavor. Much better is the acai bowl. They also make a great soy latte. They usually have at least one vegan dessert. Chill, upscale setting.

Vegan Options - Edit
Tableau has a separate vegan menu available, just make sure to ask when you walk in. Once the staff knows you're vegan, they will take care of you. I really appreciate how many options are available on the menu and how knowledgeable the staff was. I highly recommend this place for a romantic meal inside of the Wynn. Make sure to make a reservation or call ahead of time!

Fancy Feast Brunch - Edit
Full "Vegetarian" menu which may be all vegan (Wynn restaurants seem to do this), but ask on items not listed as "vegan").

This place is fancy & expensive - you may want to dress up a bit (though my sister wore jeans & flip-flops & they didn't say anything).
It is only open for breakfast, lunch & brunch (brunch weekends only).
Pros: Vegan menu & tasty, Nice decor, outdoor seating
Cons: expensive
