Serves meat, vegan options available. Like all the restaurants at the Wynn Encore, there are several vegan options available (current menu lists seven plus dessert). This restaurant specializes in small plates (tapas) and wine with a cozy wine cellar atmosphere. The vegan options include three bean salad, roasted beets with vegan cheese, flatbread, caponata, mushroom tortellini and Gardein chicken. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-11:00pm.

Elegant small dishes - Edit
The vegan menu at La Cave is small and since these tapas, one item likely won’t fill you up. So we tried everything. My favorites were the Hearts of Palm Crab Cakes, which were crispy and dressed with tartar and apricot chutney. The Baby Beet Salad was delicious with arugula, ricotta and a Dijon vinaigrette. The Mushroom Tortellini was slightly undercooked as it tasted a little doughy but it was still good. I wish the serving was a little more generous.

Cons: Needs more vegan options , Tapioca pudding is the only dessert , Small servings at a full entree price

Delicious Fine Dining - Edit
Located inside Wynn Hotel and Resort, the food was delicious and ambiance/atmosphere was relaxed! Shared a red wine flight and all items clearly labeled on the menu as vegan and/or vegetarian. The service was also very helpful if there were any questions about the menu!

It was so good and I can’t wait to come back. My favorite vegan friendly restaurant on the strip so far. Flavorful options.

Decent - Edit
La Cave has a small vegan menu and they tend to change it throughout the year. Some of the other restaurants in The Wynn have better options but this place is still nice. It's very dark and intimate. Pricey as expected.

Service Poor, Food Great - Edit
Stopped there with 2 non-vegan friends. They ordered salmon. I ordered vegan crabcakes. Our server told us our food would be out in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, we asked another wait person to check on our order as we had not seen our server since she told us 10 minutes. The food came out about 10 minutes later. We still had not see our server until she asked how our food was. It was fantastic and the perfect serving size.

Special vegan menu (yay!) - Edit
When we told the server we are vegan he whisked away our menus and gave us special vegan ones. So nice! There were six tapas options plus dessert. All the food was good, but for the price it probably should have been great. Still, this was the best vegan meal we had in Nevada/Vegas so I'm not complaining. The "crab" cakes and beets were delicious. The fettuccine was nicely lemony but otherwise boring. The wine and beer list is great and I thoroughly enjoyed the red wine flight. We shared the vegan tapioca pudding for dessert and it was perfect. I love dessert and restaurants often overlook vegan desserts--not here! Really nice ambience here overlooking a courtyard. Feels like and is priced like a fancy, special occasion restaurant. Great service too.

Really good ambiance and nice wine selections. We did a couple of flights. Very comfortable seating and good vegan choices. I had the sliders (lentil) and really liked them.

best Wynn restaurant - Edit
This is my favorite Wynn restaurant. I've been several times. Wynn restaurants tend to be slow but not this one. Service and food are always the best here. They have about 5 or 6 vegan items. The three bean salad, vegetable flatbread and fettuccine were all really good. The fettuccine sauce was amazing. All 3 dishes had more oil than I would normally like but it still good. The wine is great and the atmosphere is a refreshing change from the standard Vegas hotel restaurants.

our favorite at the Wynn - Edit
We've been coming to La Cave for years, but hadn't recently again until last Christmas. We came with friends for Christmas dinner and were seated in their back room. The front room is more cellar like, but the back room is more spacious with windows overlooking the property. Both very cozy. When the server found out that we were all vegan, she told us that she was too and took very good care of us. To start, we ordered all the options available to see what we liked best. We shared them all and while it was all good, we especially liked the mushroom tortellini and the flatbread, so we ordered more of both of those. Three of us also got wine flights. For dessert, we got the strawberry cake. We all enjoyed our meal and service and it reminded us why La Cave is our favorite at the Wynn,
