Fancy with vegan options - Edit
We went here for our post wedding quick vacation and it did not disappoint. I've been wanting to dress up and do fine dining and this place really did it. We had the Cesar salad, corn chowder, and truffle pasta. For desert we had a nice sorbet. Highly recommend this place, customer service was top tier. Made me feel really taken care of and celebrated.

No longer my favorite Wynn restaurant - Edit
UPDATE: Sinatra was my favorite Wynn restaurant until recently. They got rid of their separate vegan menu. Now vegan items are on a “Living Well” menu, which has fewer vegan items and also includes veal and sea bass. Service was also poor. We felt like they were trying to rush us, with one server ready to take my friend’s plate away that was half filled with food, and asking me if I wanted him to box my food even though I had eaten barely half of one of the two Gardein chicken parmigiana patties on my plate. They also no longer serve the vegan chocolate dessert.
Read moreSinatra is that upscale restaurant my husband and I enjoy for special occasions. The Gardein Parmigiana is a favorite entree and the chocolate mousse is a decadent dessert.

Amazing vegan menu in a five star venue - Edit
If you’re looking for vegan haute cuisine in a superb upscale setting, look no further. Not only is there a dedicated vegan menu, but the items on the menu are not “fill in the blank” items or are they dependent on fake meat substitutes. I had the mushroom milanese as my entree, and it was one of the best dishes of any kind I had ever eaten! The bean soup as appetizer and chocolate mouse as desert were similarly excellent. The setting is also upscale and as beautiful as any one can find, even worldwide. The servers were total pros, allowing us to have intimate conversation without continuously being interrupted to answer questions about how everything was.

Sinatra - Excellent sin city option for group with vegans and carnivores - Edit
Thanks to Steve Wynn's adoption of veganism over a decade ago, all the restaurants in the Wynn and Encore hotels have bona fide vegan options. Sinatra at the Encore is no exception.
Read moreSinatra is high end Italian, expensive but everyone loved their meal. We had 2 vegans among a group of 12.
Wine is very, very expensive but the sommelier worked with me to find a red and white that were relatively affordable. Thank you to her, I don't remember her name but she was wonderful. Tim was our server and he was very helpful as well.
While the vegan options are excellent, there are not many of them.
I had the vegan Caesar salad to start, which non-vegans were eating and loved.
For main dish I had Vegan Agnolotti, Here is their description - small pockets filled with almond ricotta, fine herbs, seasonal vegetable emulsion 36. Yes $36. It was rich, delicious and almost decadent though.
Pros: Excellent vegan dishes, High end atmosphere, Great staff
Cons: Very expensive, More vegan options would be good

Good vegetarian & vegan formal dining - Edit
Like other Wynn & Encore restaurants, there is a vegetarian & vegan menu. The service & decor are outstanding. The food was also great. I had the vegan milano which along with my mocktail & cioccolato desert was enough. This is located in the Encore hotel & ride share dropoff pickup would be in the twin tower on your app.

Very Impressed - Edit
I looked online at all the vegan menus at the Wynn and Encore, and this one piqued my interest the most. I have the vegan mushroom ravioli in asparagus sauce, which was phenomenal. Two of the three breads in the bread basket were vegan, and they brought me earth balance butter for them. They brought chocolates with the bill, and when I asked if they were vegan (no) they brought me a vegan chocolate with dried fruit and nuts. It was more expensive than we normally do, about $25-30 a plate, but well worth it for a special treat/romantic dinner.

Decent but way over priced - Edit
We were passing through Las Vegan on our way to Zion National park to do some hiking. We had heard of the Sinatra an it's vegan menu so wanted to try it out.
Read moreWe were on a 9700 mile road trip across the Western States and were having difficulty finding vegan selections; mostly cooking/eating in our room from our cooler/supplies we carried with us.
The Sinatra is georgous for sure, loacated in the Winn Hotel. The Cassino is beautiful. The dining room festooned with pictures of Frank Sinatra. Service is attentative and excellent.
The menu choices, while limited are not bad. The food is good but nothing we couldn't fix at home. They used Gardein products (which we love) but served in an uncreative way. Sure it was vegan but Nancy fixed better tasting meals in our hotel room.
The prices were exorbitant considering the small portion of frozen/prepared Gardein products served. Not very imaginative, poorly seasoned and well, just ordinary.
Visit the Casino at the Winn, peek into the Restaurant but don't go for the food.
Pros: Nice Decor, Good Service
Cons: Package/Frozen food at high prices, Poorly spiced/prepared

Tasty Italian Food - Edit
I ate here a few years ago before Steve Wynn went vegan and had a vegan menu developed for all of his restaurants. The chef made me the most amazing, tasty vegetable risotto dish I have ever had. It was flavorful with many colorful veggies and a creaminess usually found with butter or dairy cream However, none were in here. Definitely an Italian winner!
