Such a relief to find this restaurant! The vegan options are limited but well executed; absolutely loved the tacos (though they could use a protein), the table side-made guacamole is so fresh, and the margaritas were fantastic.
Read moreGreat views of the mountains from the cozy outdoor seating (with fireplaces built into communal tables, excellent touch) and the staff were so friendly and skilled.
I look forward to coming back the next time I’m visiting Snowmass/Aspen

Great guac and filling burrito - Edit
Vegetarian and vegan options clearly marked, and many veg options can easily be made vegan upon request. The veggie burrito was awesome and super filling. Beware the guac appetizer is HUGE, and so delish.

Not a ton of options but what they lack in quantity they make up for in quality. Options are marked on the menu. Skinny margaritas were delicious.
