Gourmet taste

A previous review mentions an assembly line, perhaps because of COVID they are not doing that right now? We didn’t see it. We were seated and ordered from the menu. Instead of trying to build our own from the choices listed on the menu, we went with the easiest option, the vegetarian bowl. A quinoa, veggie and tofu bowl could sound boring to some, but it was anything but! Every item in the bowl was expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. It contained quinoa, tofu, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, leafy greens and there were even little slices of pickled kumquat! Very interesting flavors. There was also a nice salad and a few other vegan options that could be incorporated into a vegan bowl. We would not hesitate to go back.

Pros: Extremely flavorful , Expertly cooked

Would give it a 5

Mostly all options are vegan except for meat (duh) and Kimchi. Healthful options- black rice, tofu, Brussels sprouts— all fantastically seasoned. Highly recommend, best vegan experience yet in the area and certainly in Snowmass!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Excellent seasonings of toppings, Knowledgable staff

Tasty and choices

We ate here last month with a couple of vegetarian friends (we are vegan.) This is a gourmet nutritarian restaurant. Set up like some fast food restaurants, you pick your proteins, sides and sauces as you move down the line. Everything we tried was delicious - whole food and good tasting. Definitely a spot to try when you are in Snowmass Village.

Pros: great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff

Cons: Vegan foods not indicated as so - ask
