So easy to find vegan options - Edit
At least half the menu could be made vegan. I walked right up to the cashier and asked “what vegan options do you have?” In a ski village vegan options are rare, not to mention filling options. This is my favorite place in snowmass village that I’ve found

Decent option - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options in Snowmass (especially the upstairs mall; base village has a few more). I had the fried rice lunch special; comes with tofu and had to be modified to include no egg to make it vegan. It was okay. I tried my kids’ noodle dish and the noodles tasted way better. Overall a decent option.
