Vegan paradise! - Edit
Everything about our experience was brilliant from the moment we walked in the door. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, our burgers were delicious (I had the gluten-free bun) and the loaded cheesy fries were honestly the DREAMIEST! I've been longing for more of them ever since we left ..! Kudos to the incredible chefs.
Read moreWe had the 'I love Ewe' cocktail and the 'Piers Morgan's tears' cocktail (a must!). Both were great!
They even brought out a birthday brownie for my friend's 40th birthday weekend... such a lovely touch! On top of everything the vibe of the restaurant is effortlessly cool and just a lovely place to be.
Special thanks to all the hard-working staff there! Also thanks to the legend that is Ed Winters.

Delicious - Edit
What I found here is an excellent place to bring skeptic friends and show them that vegan can be the same junk food experience than animal based food. It’s not my favourite thing, the fact that vegan food is disguised as animal food but the job done here is excellent I must admit, the tofish really looks and tastes like fish, and the moving mountains the same with meat, even the texture of the shrimps. The food is excellent, beyond your preferences the place is 5 starts and the job they’re doing here helping the animals and showing how vegan can be for everyone is remarkable.

Amazing vegan shrimp! - Edit
Amazing comfort food! Had the surf n’ turf hot dog. The flavour combinations were great (ranch sauce was yum) and the tempura shrimp on top were the best vegan shrimp I’ve ever had - the texture was amazing.

So good, it should be in everyone’s list - Edit
A great location close to the tube offering a chilled out vibe no pretence, and of course wonderful food. We had the florets to start and shared the nachos and chicken burger, onion rings and chips. It was a lot of food for 2 ppl, servings are a good size. Staff were extremely pleasant and professional.

SO. GOOD. - Edit
Had the Tofish bites, glazed flourettes, moving mountains burger, supreme dog and the dessert special which was the salted caramel cake (best cake I’ve ever eaten in my entire life). Came here from Canada cause I love Earthling Ed with all my heart and it was so worth it. I love that it’s a non-profit too and that they’re working towards building a new farmed animal sanctuary!!! Heading to the UK Vegan Campout next weekend and I’m elated to hear that Unity Diner will have a food truck there. Fingers crossed they’ll be service the salted caramel cake again.

Tasty! - Edit
We had the vegan prawns as a starter, then the Surge Mountain Burger and another Burger with mushrooms. I’d recommend the one with the mushrooms more, because it was much tastier, but it’s more of a vegetable burger. The Surge burger had a “meat” patty, but if you know beyond meat, it’s a bit of an underwhelming experience. The starter was the best of all. DEFINITELY TRY THE PRAWNS!! The don’t look that interesting, but are soooooi tasty.

Great staff , service & food. - Edit
We went for skewers & tofish to start, both delicious. Shared dirty loaded fries & had burgers but didn’t realise how big the portion size was for fries and didn’t eat it all. A starter with fries to share is plenty then we would have had room for pudding . Or starter and burger . Great to support this place and donated in the the animal sanctuary box on the shelf . Look forward to going back and having pudding :)

Really nice spot - Edit
Had a late dinner here, really great food, big menu and dessert menu as well. Seating indoors and outdoors, friendly staff, good service. Little slow but it was busy when we were there so understandable. I had the goodness bowl which was so nice and really filling, plus the chocolate coconut tart which was SO nice. Highly recommend. Very pretty environment and really good food

Earthling Ed did not disappoint - Edit
When I was planning my trip to London, I knew that a stop by Earthling Ed's non-profit Unity Diner was an absolute must, so I made a reservation (which was super easy to do online btw) two weeks in advance. I'm so glad I did. The food is glorious gourmet junk - loaded fries, seitan burgers, sundaes, etc. I decided to pig out and got the No Lamb burger, tempura "shrimp", onion rings, and a strawberry mojito. Everything was insanely delicious, and it was great to know my bill was half dinner, half charitable donation to a vegan activism group. Any vegans in London have to give this place a try.

The Future is Vegan - Edit
So thrilled to finally get to dine here! I’ve been wanting to since it opened. I had the glazed florets, Caesar salad, and oat milk latte. Really delicious. But what I love most of all is the message Ed spreads throughout the world. For the sake of our collective health and climate change, if there is to be a future, it must be vegan.

I actually found these guys through Shnack.co as I needed to find a gluten free restaurant. I'm occasional Vegan too so I was in the best of both worlds when I came here!! The food is absolutely delicious, the menu is clearly labeled and most importantly I found the staff to be super friendly.

Good but needs to improve a lot - Edit
Staff: slow to take orders even if not extremely busy. Friendly and welcoming though.
Read moreMenu: different options available for starters, mains and desserts but needs to be more detailed. We were constantly wondering what was actually in the food we were having. The burgers seemed a bit pricey for what they are since many vegan restaurants in London and non-vegan ones serve the same! Also, needs more « actual » food with whole ingredients instead of just focusing on mock meats. Lastly, restaurant closes early on weekdays (10pm) so we were not able to order dessert at 9.45pm.
Food taste:
• Tempura « shrimp »: tasted amazing and like the real thing. Just wondered what it was made of - the menu does not detail everything!
• Supreme dog: the « sausage » itself was almost like a meaty one, quite tasty but the Bakon was too rubbery. The Mac and Cheeze on top was absolutely delicious. Would have taken it as a side on its own. Sadly, the supreme dog needed more mayo or condiments because it was too dry.
• Chickken Caesar salad with added Bakon: was not amazing. The chikken could have been less dry and there were only few, tiny bits of Bakon.
Vibe: extremely noisy place. Difficult to keep a conversation. There was a strong smell of frying... not surprising because 3/4 menu consists of fried foods but it was just too much!
Price: too pricey for what it is. Other vegan places in London way tastier and cheaper. We are aware that profits go to charity but it felt like too much (we are both students).
Tempura Shrimp (6.50) + Salad with Bakon (11) + Supreme Dog (13) + Kombucha (3) + Service Charge (12.5%) = about £38 for two people...
Pros: Friendly staff, Close to meat products
Cons: Noisy, Not very good value , Not enough fresh, whole foods
