Pastries!!! - Edit
Wonderful fully vegan bakery with a varied selection of pastries. The pistachio swirl is sweet but not overwhelmingly so 👌. Interesting choice of juices too! Little seating area outside the shop 👍👍

Such a nice place, reasonably priced with a great selection of cakes and coffee and tea. Had an almond croissant and sampled the cookies too! All delicious. You can see everything being made too. Recommend.

Oh my goodness were these tasty. Perfect and pastry and excellent inside. We took ours to a nearby church yard to sit and eat then wandered around Spitalfields market.

Called in for some after-lunch pastries and coffee: we had the pistachio swirl and the hazelnut choc. Allison said the best pastries she’d ever had. Staff were lovely.

Insanely good pastries! - Edit
Fully vegan bakery selling a range of both savoury and sweet pastries. I had the garlic and rosemary bun and the cinnamon swirl. Both were amazing but the garlic bun was a true standout - better than any non vegan pastry I had back in the day! Can’t wait to go back and try something different!

So yummy! - Edit
I bought an almond croissant & and oatmeal raisin cookie. Both were delicious, really flavourful & not too sweet croissant was light & flaky with plenty of almond paste & the cookie was lovely, ‘buttery’ & … moist (sorry!)

A takeaway only place that has around 12 different baked goods, coffee and soft drinks. The desserts look amazing. I had the rosemary and garlic baked croissant/roll - fantastic.

The best vegan baked goods in the UK! - Edit
Wow, what a gem! Saw this bakery featured on Instagram and had to give it a try - the Pistachio Swirl is to die for! Plus the staff were so helpful and friendly. You won't find another bakery offering such a large range of vegan goods in the UK.

I picked up a couple of pistachio swirls and a peanut butter cookie to take home after a work trip and they definitely survived the long journey home! The cookie was particularly good, as recommended by the staff.

Wow! - Edit
This is only a small bakery with two outdoor benches and no indoor seating, but the pastries are amazing!
Read moreWe went for a Cinna Swirl and a Pain Aux Amandes. They were both a nice big size and came in bags with cardboard sleeves to protect them. The staff were really nice and cut them in half for me and my wife to share them.
Both pastries were excellent! The pastry itself was soft and flaky with a crispy crust and I cannot fault it, it was so so good. The flavours were also delicious and rich. My favourite out of the two was the Pain Aux Amandes but they were both amazing and I can’t wait to come back and try more!!
Update: Went back and had the Hazelnut Choc Swirl and Peanut Butter Bomb! Again they were both deliciously rich! So good!

This is some first-rate, fine-looking baking served by a super friendly team. They even make their own butter. Enjoyed the citrus tang of the pistachio swirl 😋

No gluten-free options - Edit
Visited with a friend who bought the most incredible looking pistachio swirl, and said it was amazing.
Read moreUnfortunately, Okja have no gluten-free options at all, which is very unusual for London and was super disappointing. I completely understand concerns about cross-contamination, but there are many establishments with much smaller kitchens that are able to offer safe gluten-free options. There is much demand for gf stuff in the vegan space, so I really hope Okja consider this in the future.

Okja - Quick Tip: Go there immediately! 😋 - Edit
This place is AMAZING! We loved the pistachio swirl and the chocolate croissant BUT the peanut butter bomb cookie actually blew our minds!!!! It was so incredibly delicious and even had a little crunch to it while being very soft and peanut buttery on the inside. We can’t wait to go back again. (No seating available.)

Amazing fully vegan bakery! - Edit
This is a great takeaway bakery! It’s a South African bakery originating in Cape Town. It was the staple of our Cape Town trip so when we saw they had opened a branch in London we were very excited! It was just as good as the branches in Cape Town and the staff were amazing and lovely! Check it out!

This take away bakery is a must visit! You can see the people preparing the food behind the glass, the selection is smallish but everything looks mouthwatering. We had the pistacchio pastry, the hazelnut and the round croissant. Honestly it would be impossible for anyone to tell them apart from the dairy based versions. We didn't get any drinks but we'll go back!

Outstanding all vegan pastries and bakery! - Edit
Unlucky and lucky to arrive when it’s closed. Incredibly kind staff working inside treated us to some beauties anyway which are seriously drool worthy. 🤤 They have worked with a Michelin starred chef for their pastry and it shows. The croissant cinnabun is exquisite. The croissant bun has a sweet glazing making it even more decadent than your normal croissant. It all looks crazy reasonably priced for London too. It’s not open today but back open full time from Monday, 19th August 2024. A must visit if you have a sweet tooth and want to support plant-based businesses!

Delicious Pastry - Edit
Nestled in what is fast becoming the Vegan district of London near Daun's, Club Mexicana and Unity Diner - this quirky and chic little bakery had some amazing gf options and delicious pastries as pictured, I think it's only just opened but based on its bold branding I expect it has a lot more to offer when it comes to food and drink options :)
