Vegan paradise! - Edit
Everything about our experience was brilliant from the moment we walked in the door. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, our burgers were delicious (I had the gluten-free bun) and the loaded cheesy fries were honestly the DREAMIEST! I've been longing for more of them ever since we left ..! Kudos to the incredible chefs.
Read moreWe had the 'I love Ewe' cocktail and the 'Piers Morgan's tears' cocktail (a must!). Both were great!
They even brought out a birthday brownie for my friend's 40th birthday weekend... such a lovely touch! On top of everything the vibe of the restaurant is effortlessly cool and just a lovely place to be.
Special thanks to all the hard-working staff there! Also thanks to the legend that is Ed Winters.

We tried so many dishes and they were all decadent and delicious, from salty to sweet. They have a doggy menu which we found adorable.

Nobody wants to eat a hot dog with a knife and fork - Edit
This place is okay for what it is... vegan junk food. It could be much better though.
Read moreThe tofish bites were pretty good, but the hot dog was bland, not well cooked, and just bad UX... you get a huge hot dog with a tiny bun, all doused with ketchup and mustard so you can't really pick it up and eat it. Then the chocolate raspberry torte wasn't really a torte, and it was covered with dry flower petals that get stuck between your teeth. I did enjoy the cocktail, so there's that.
Service is really fast, but the one-hour time limit still makes things kind of stressful.
Pros: Some of the food is good , Fun atmosphere , Good cocktails
Cons: Some of the food is not good , Time limit is stress inducing

Best fish n chips in London! - Edit
Such a lovely restaurant and great staff.
Read moreThe fish n chips and caesar salad were both incredible. Best caesar I’ve ever had actually! They have a very unique cocktail menu but they are quite sweet.
So nice knowing that the profits go towards animal charities! A wide variety of mock meats and seafoods but lacking in healthy dishes.
Pros: All vegan and non profit , Great place to take omnivores
Cons: Cocktails we’re all on the sweeter side

Great place and great cause - Edit
Fantastic diner and even better that profits go towards such a good cause. I had the tofish and chips and a cider which was lovely. Can't wait to visit again and try more of the menu.

Brilliant restaurant fully vegan - Edit
Most dishes were amazing, the vegan fish is incredible my partner isn’t vegan and said it was better than real fish, the burger was great but the hot dog was very disappointing, wouldn’t have paid for it if we’d had the option it was hard and gluggy, difficult to swallow!
Read morePros: Vegan fish is the best I’ve tried , Amazing decor, Friendly staff
Cons: Not all dishes were up to scratch , Atmosphere was a little lacking- maybe some music, Expensive

Overall good experience - Edit
Tofish bite is really good, crab cake is ok…rib is good, lobster roll is ok… I was also in a hurry to finish the meal and didn’t get to really enjoy the atmosphere there (but this is not the restaurant’s fault), staff is accommodating and trying her best, which is very much appreciated.

Yummy fish alternative! - Edit
We loved our time at Unity Diner. The staff was lovely, the food came quickly and tested wonderful. We had the calamary rings, the tofish & chips and the kimchi burger. For dessert we had the salted caramel cake and a iced matcha latte. Everything was so good, we will for sure come back again!

Good food, bit rushed - Edit
Nice non-profit restaurant made famous by Earthling Ed. Food was very good, especially the lobster roll. However, we felt a bit rushed by the personnel and were pressured to leave within one hour. Not a place for a relaxing dinner...

Good salads - Edit
The chikken kale caesar salad was very good just that it was a bit too much dressing. I liked it that we scanned the menu and also could pay through that link.

What’s not to like? - Edit
My friend and I had been to the previous Unity Grill, but this was our first visit to the new one on Wentworth Street. We were warmly welcomed, as was my friend’s dog. In fact, she got more attention than us! 😂 The dog was petted by staff and customers, plus she was given a dog treat and some dog food….all vegan of course. We loved the food we ordered. Vegan junk food at its best. My friend had Tofush and Chips, while I had the Truffle Shuffle Burger with fries. We had ‘Seaspiracy’ cocktails, which not only looked gorgeous but tasted divine. We also stuffed our faces with desserts, a Salted Caramel Cake and a Raspberry Frangipane. The food was yummy, the staff were outstanding and the restaurant was pretty busy for a Friday lunchtime. We pre booked and I would recommend doing that.

Perfect vegan food - Edit
The staff was extremely lovely, asked about our allergies right from the start and helped us build a gluten-free order. The starters were absolutely perfect - tofish bites & drumsticks are a must-try! A hotdog was nothing out of ordinary but still very tasty. Also, if I am not mistaken, we got water for free as well as takeaway boxes, which isn’t quite common to see.
