They have a few vegan ice cream options available. They even offer vegan waffle cones!! Obsessed and will be coming back! Call ahead to get on their VIB line so you don’t need to wait forever.

There were only 4 not so creamy expensive and sparse vegan options....
I got cookie dough and cookies n creme.
I didnt love it.

Regret that you found us not so favourable, we strive to only offer the best of everything. Only wish that you had brought it to our attention at the time, so we could have remidied for you.

The brand of Vegan that we do offer is one of the best around, and served in many establishments, we have many regular guests that come for their favourite flavour. It is indeed NEAR impossible to make any FROZEN DESSERT, creamy without using CREAM from an animal milk. We do offer up to five flavours of VEGAN FROZEN DESSERT. The cost of ingredients to make a vegan product are more than double that of our 14-18% Butterfat Ice Creams., thus the higher prices for them.

Should you visit us again, try our Sorbets, many find these a better alternative than the Vegan Frozen Dessert.

I have been thinking about trying this place for a while (I drive past a lot but am rarely in the area), and would have despite your concerns the ice cream was icy, even if just to try. But man the owner’s response here is really ick. Why bother offering vegan ice cream if you think it’s so inferior and clearly resent feedback so much?

There are a lot of good vegan ice creams on the market these days and I can’t be bothered with places that carry the first one they try and aren’t interested in a superior product. I’ll be skipping this place and going to someplace that cares about offering good vegan options instead of dismissing the alternatives as doomed to being not great.

Haha, I know !
Ive been to other places with super creamy dairy free options so I KNOW it is not "IMPOSSIBLE" to accomplish as they stated.
Also, I was there FOR vegan ice cream, which they say they have, so what other options??? I wasnt there for sorbet..... I could probably get that at ANY ice cream shop.
