I have been thinking about trying this place for a while (I drive past a lot but am rarely in the area), and would have despite your concerns the ice cream was icy, even if just to try. But man the owner’s response here is really ick. Why bother offering vegan ice cream if you think it’s so inferior and clearly resent feedback so much? There are a lot of good vegan ice creams on the market these days and I can’t be bothered with places that carry the first one they try and aren’t interested in a superior product. I’ll be skipping this place and going to someplace that cares about offering good vegan options instead of dismissing the alternatives as doomed to being not great.
