Quick organic food

I was heading to the cafe next door, but this had multiple signs for vegan options available. Because I was hungry and looking for a place to get vegan food and coffee I decided to check this place out.
It's a fancy looking health food grocery store with a cafe in the back. The cafe has premade food that you can get heated up there.
The concept is good and the food is decent, but it wasn't my favorite.
I got a tofu noodle bowl and the tofu had a very overcooked texture, but the flavor was good. The noodles were bland, but the stir fried vegetables mixed in were really tasty. It is a good place to get a quick meal because it is ready in minutes, but it wasn't anything special.
I like knowing that the food I'm eating is relatively healthy and that is a huge bonus for quick food.
I also got a vegan latte with oat milk that tasted like any other vegan latte with oatmilk so that was perfect.

Grumpy service, limited options

The service was as dry as the stale vegan chocolate cake we were offered as the only vegan breakfast option. The noodle salad option for lunch seemed like it could be ok. The vegan milkshake was a bit watery. Coffee was average. Nice location.

Pros: Location and Mountain views, Organic options, Good tofu

Cons: Grumpy service, Limited options, Food not fresh

Closed until 8 June 2023

Happy cow does not have accurate times for Chamonix places in the off season. Just thought I’d leave a note that this place is closed until 8 June (sign on the door) but nothing online

Reheated food, poor service

Definitely wouldn’t return. The food was reheated and bland, but the service was bizarrely rude and inconsistent. Saw the staff refuse entry to one family with two kids (the place was near empty), while a different family with two kids occupied a table with two drinks only. Other customers who wanted drinks only were refused.

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Only reheated or cold food, Rude staff

Bland lasagna

Got the Vegan lasagna, which is served with a small portion of red cabbage salad as a side.
Good size portion, but it's served in a takeaway box and with one-time use cutlery, even when you eat there - hard to eat lasagna from a box, and not great environmentally.
It tasted okay, but very bland in taste for my liking. (good for kids or anyone else who doesn't like spices etc I guess)
Price a bit high, but it is after all 100% organic ingredients.
Overall not an bad experience, but i probably won't come here again.
Service okay, they speak english. Dogs aren't allowed.

lots of vegan options!

friendly staff and food was delicious! i was surprised how many vegan options they had. i got a thai peanut bowl and vegan matcha milkshake. milkshake was more like a sweet milk drink rather than thick like a traditional american milkshake, but still very good!

Great find in Chamonix

I've been in Chamonix two days and I've gone twice to that place.
Rice and dhal - delicious, finally some good vegan food in France other than a salad.
Homemade cakes and coffee was great.
Very cute and cosy.

Vegan bowls, cakes, smoothies in Chamonix

I had a smoothie, Buddha bowl, chia pudding, and a chocolate cake - all Vegan of course. They had many more Vegan options and also stocked coconut yogurt, tofu and many other Vegan items. It's open early in the morning so makes for a good breakfast place. Recommended!

Organic products

Sells a small variety of dried fruits and other organic products. They were closing down about 30 min. before official closing hours. The staff didn’t even say hello. Might visit another time to try their food though.

Some vegan options

There are better options for vegan food in chamonix but most are closed in summer so you can get lunch here if you're in a pinch. There is soya milk for coffee and 1-2 vegan meals in the fridge which they can heat up in the microwave. No cakes are vegan. Though weirdly dairy and gluten free?

Very good

Everything was delicious! I had a vegetable noodle salad, which was very flavorful and refreshing, and a plum crumble. Also, I took a deliciously rich-tasting vegan chocolate muffin to go (all of their muffins were dairy-free, but be sure to make sure that they're labelled as vegan, since some have eggs). My little brother, who is usually very picky, had the vegetable lasagna (not vegan, but vegetarian) and it was so good that he actually ended up eating the vegetables! After eating, be sure to check out the snacks and other items that are sold in the store! I bought some gummy worms, vanilla-licorice marshmellows, banana chips, licorice, and many raw bars (all vegan!). They were also selling teas, nuts, packaged pastas, granola, muesli, dried fruit, superfood powders, and even packaged vegan chocolate cookies. I would highly recommend this place for healthy, tasty vegan food and snacks!

My go to Vegan place

I love this place. Its a haven for all things yummy and wholesome. Although they’re not fully vegan, the vegan options they do have are consistently delicious - try their vegan carrot cake, it’s amazing! I must’ve had it 5 times on my short visit. Also lots of organic groceries you won’t find in the supermarket.

Tasty

A beautiful little find in the corner of a street. Vegan options available. I had a vegan soup with a burcher and vegan banana cake!! It was incredibly tasty and thought was put into the vegan food for taste and nutrients.

Cons: a little pricey but worth and very filling!
