One of the most vegan/veggie-friendly places in Chamonix

We had lunch - I ordered a vegan sandwich and my husband the falafel salad. My daughter had Artic bircher (overnight oats). Portions sizes were good and the food tasty. Also have smoothies, smoothie bowls and good coffee with oat milk.

Came back may 2024: still good food. Salad is good but not very filling (would be nice with a vegan protein source and more carbs for active people), so would order wraps or sandwich the next time. My daughter loves the smoothie Bowl.

Interesting breakfast dish

The place in itself would deserve a better organisation as it’s awfully crowded and truly painful to eat there. If you can, I’d strongly advice to take away. In any case, the breakfasts options are very tasty and worth the trouble. We tried the « all artic breakfast » which is very good even though pricey (12€) for what you get. I’d recommend the « the artic Bircher » (7€) which was very good and the « superfood porridge pot » (6€). Coffee wise, they are expensive (~5) but good. They offer vegetal milk alternatives.

Pros: Good stuff, Not expensive (depends what), Vege options

Cons: Poor space management , No possibility to eat outside

Healthy and tasty

Had the green juice, blueberry smoothie coffee, banana bread and field bar. All were good, and light on the sweet side which we liked.

Lots of vegan options

We went here for breakfast and there are several options from porridge to smoothie bowls to breakfast platters as well as many drinks (incl. smoothies, juices, coffee, chai latte, matcha latte, etc.).
We chose an açaí bowl and a porridge as well as a matcha latte and a flat white. We were both very pleased with the taste of the food and drinks and their freshness. The only downside was that the food was served in single use containers. Also the place was quite crowded in the morning, which did not bother us but I find worth mentioning.

Pros: Fresh, healthy, delicious food, Lots of options

Cons: Trash, Crowded in the morning

Saviour

This place has been a saviour given the limited options. There’s a vegan sandwich, salad options and fresh juice/smoothies as well as coffee. The vegan sandwich is a real life saver to take out on a walk.

I don’t know what their opening hours are though because google says 8am and when I went it wasn’t open.

Great for breakfast or a light meal

Since it opens relatively early, we stopped by for breakfast.
We had the McKinley vegan sandwich, which was generous.

As expected, plant-based milks are also available for the drinks.
The service was rather quick and friendly.

It would be nice to have another vegan option for food, though.

Pros: good value, opening times, friendly staff

Cons: not all vegan, few vegan options

Great coffee, vegan breakfast options

Service was friendly and helpful. We had oat milk lattes that were delicious, and I had a Superfood Porridge Pot that was yummy and filling for breakfast. Also got an excellent juice another day. Note that their kitchen closes before the end of business so if you want lunch, probably hit it before 130.

Pros: Great coffee and fresh juices, lovely staff, healthy options

Cons: kitchen closed before 2p

Hit the spot

I can’t tell you how many places I visited in Chamonix trying to find a vegan ANYTHING. Forget bakeries. But I stumbled upon this place and got a much needed “Summit” hot chocolate as a treat. It was délicieux. The staff were really friendly and even continued to speak to me in French even though they could probably tell my French wasn’t that great. (for context: greeting a server in French just to have them immediately switch to English is always a blow to the ol’ confidence). I would definitely return, and I hope they do well in Chamonix.
