Tasty

Tasty selection of VG dishes - very vegetable based so was still a bit hungry after but the flavours were nice. Bring back the ramen!

Pros: Friendly staff, Selection, Vibe

Cons: Expensive

Lovely food, staff and vibe

Miso is situated in Ouseburn. It’s has a very edgy commercial feel, which continues through the restaurant. The vibe is collectively cool. The staff are friendly, passionate and attentive without being too much. The menu is small, but well put together. The waitress explained the sizes of the dishes and roughly how many small plates etc to order. Everything is cooked fresh and brought out as and when it was ready. The dishes are delightfully fresh and tasty. I really couldn’t fault anything at all. There was a decent selection of vegan options, more options for vegetarians. Perfect for a date night. I will be recommending to friends and returning very soon.

Pros: Atmosphere and decor, Food, Fabulous staff

Awesome small plates

We ate there last night and the food was excellent. There are lots of vegan friendly options on the menu.

They do things like Ramen & Gyoza, but the small plates are the real highlights in my opinion.

We had Tomato Ponzu, Crack Cabbage, Beansprouts, Nasu Dengaku which is Miso Glazed Eggplant, Marinated charred Corn, Vegetable Gyoza, an amazing grilled Mushroom dish & Potato Salad. Every dish was fantastic.

I don't drink alcohol but for those that do, they have an great range of wines & do amazing cocktails. They do a few zero alcohol beers too.

Highly recommended.
