Convenient and pretty good - Edit
It's not anything special and isn't trying to be, but I had a nice sandwich which was a step up from regular fast food, and it's across the street from my hotel (there are like 3 hotels nearby so I assume this is a common experience). I'll be going back to grab lunch tomorrow.

Good - Edit
Very few vegan or vegetarian. Went with the hearty veggie chili. Husband got the salad bar. Cashier didn’t seem to be happy about her job and weren’t greeted when we came in. But the food was good though.

Good but wishing for more options - Edit
Very few vegan options. I got the veggie wrap (have to request it without cheese) and it was good but was not filling. I wish they would add more vegan/vegetarian to their menu other than steamed veggies and fruit.

Nice Place - Edit
I had the salad bar and a bowl of the organic vegetable soup. It was delicious and lots of choices! Ended up being a little pricey though. My father had the red beans and rice (he's not veg), but he did not like it.

Nice - Edit
Spacious deli, some type of fast food atmosphere, but friendly staff and healthy food. They have a vegetarian menu with a small vegan section in it. The vegan options mainly consist of a wrap (from the vegetarian section, but with the cheese left out), steamed veggies and salads. If you are a vegan looking for a warm filling meal this is probably not the right place to go to, but if you are looking for something light this is really a nice place. Nice surprise especially in meat-focused places like Baton Rouge: It turned out that the friendly staff member I talked to was vegan himself!
