Excellent salads & wraps - Edit

Fresh Junkie makes some of the best salads in BR. All of their salads can also be prepared as a wrap. The flavors are interesting and delicious -- no boring salads here!

Their "Couching Tiger Hidden Cashew" salad is my long-time favorite. The "Thai" is also fabulous. Edamame and nuts are part of many of their recipes or can be added for plant-based protein. You can also add a scoop of quinoa to any salad for a small up charge.

The salads come in a paper box that unfolds into a big bowl. I've seen too many people in the store trying to eat out of the narrow box because they don't realize how it works -- take a second to pop it open and you'll enjoy eating from it a lot more!

They have a "salad subscription" that will deliver 5 of these meal-sized salads at the start of the work week on Monday for about $10 ea. -- you pick which ones you want, and customize them (including swapping out dressing). They keep well in an office fridge, so it's an easy way to ensure you have ready-to-eat food that's worth eating. They deliver these "subscriptions" to LSU too.
