Serves meat, vegan options available. Three locations within Baton Rouge. The vegetarian plate comes with a feta salad and five vegetarian dishes; vegans ask for replacement for the feta salad and don't choose the spinach pie (contains cheese). Choose from grape leaves, hummos, baba ghanouj, falafel, rice, taboule, among others. Or order a la carte the tabolue salad, a large eggplant mousaka, a large squash mouska, or an Alabasha super salad (without the feta).

Great veg plate - Edit
Like many others on these reviews, I got the vegetarian plate (I chose hummus, tabbouleh, squash moussaka, mujadara, and falafel). Just requested no cheese on the salad to make it vegan. The food is delicious, filling, arrived quickly, and is a good amount for the price.

my favorite since I was a child! - Edit
I always come to albasha when in BR! It’s amazing for vegans and for non vegans! The lebanese iced tea is a MUST every time!!!! I love the meatless stuffed grape leaves, hummus, and falafel! When i go I build my own “vegetarian” plate with falafel, tabbouleh, mujadarah, meatless grape leaves, moussaka eggplant or okra, and then ask for a dairy free salad! They make it easy to order vegan although vegan options are not specifically marked but vegetarian items are.

Vegetarian Plate - Edit
Great option for late night vegan! The vegetarian platter has a few good vegan options available, and you can sub the feta salad that comes with it for a vegan salad. They seemed pretty knowledgeable about what was vegan and what wasn’t on the vegetarian menu.

Excellent veggie combo plate - Edit
In the area for work, this place was in a shopping strip (Citiplace Court) across from my hotel. I knew a "Greek & Lebanese" place would have at least a few appetizers. Was delighted to find a vegetarian plate, which came with a "feta cheese salad" and five vegetarian dishes of your choice. The salad was easily made vegan by leaving off the cheese, and most of the vegetarian dishes were vegan. Everything I ordered was excellent! The dining area was comfortable and the table service was quick. It was so good, I returned for the final dinner of my trip.
