Very Vegan Friendly High End

My wife is not vegan, so we dine at non vegan and vegetarian restaurants. Elements is a great restaurant. The dining room is intimate with a view of the kitchen. The menu is focused on a tasting menu. During the week there is alacarte as well. If you let them know in advance they will create an entire vegan tasting menu. The kitchen staff is expert at creating fresh, farm to table creative vegan (and non vegan) food. The service is always professional. This is an ideal spot for a special event. It is expensive but worth it.

Pros: Creative vegan friendly , Amazing service, Great wine list

Cons: Not many vegan options on the menu.
