Our go-to in Princeton - Edit
Super-friendly and accomodating owners and employees that are happy to help you with vegan options. Over the years that we have been coming here there has always been at least one soup that's vegan. They can veganize many of their entrees; and the delicious bagels can be served with avocado. The seating is quite cozy (to put it nicely) but you can sit outside on nice days. I also like that you can bring a rambunctious kid in with you and no one gets bothered.

What an amazing place! The soups are delicious, and they always have a few vegan ones out. The owner of Princeton soup and sandwich even works there sometimes, and she is very friendly.
