Yummy vegan burritos/tacos and donuts! - Edit
I should have taken a pic but we gobbled it up too fast. They have a chickpea burrito/bowl/taco that’s just perfect. And the donuts are vegan (but double check first, they may have rotating vendors).

A True Gem! - Edit
This spot is the Puyallup Valley’s one and only fully vegetarian restaurant. Half the menu is vegan. The food is fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared. Coffee, tea, and cocktails are also served. They have also recently begun to sell vegan and gluten free donuts from Dude’s Donuts.
