Almost all menu items are or can be made vegan: just skip the risotto and gratin dishes. The noodle dishes that usually come with eggs will sub them out for a flavor-appropriate vegetable (e.g., pumpkin, sweet potato), depending on the dish. I went with the seasonal vegetable stir-fried udon noodles (NT$160). Today’s veggies included cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, loofah, tomatoes, carrots, king oyster mushrooms, okra, and black woodear fungus. It was flavorful and hit the veggie spot!
