Nice dessert

We were looking for some dessert after dinner around Formosa Blvd. and it brought us right away to Liuhe Night market. The stall is one of the first ones you’ll see. The owner is nice and the pudding ist great! We had the red bean one and can absolutely recommend. Won’t be the last time in the next days for us! 😂

Delicious dessert

I ordered the almond pudding with brown sugar sauce. The texture is quite light and soft but quite strong in almond flavor (like almond essence). I really liked it and wished I bought a few to take home.

Freshly made Taiwanese Almond milk 🌸⭐️

Heavenly and one of the main reasons I came back to Taiwan. Seriously, the almond milk here is devine- that is if you can find a place that makes it fresh. It’s floral, sweet and light. The texture of the pudding is perfect- melts in your mouth. And the red bean is my favorite- I took 3. No lie, the owner asked me if all 3 were for me and was shocked when I proudly said they were indeed. 😅🤭🥰 I bought him out of red bean paste for the night. I did take some for my morning breakfast, so there’s that. A gem! ⭐️

Pros: No cow’s milk in anything! , Flavor is so great and fresh. , Good prices

Cons: Not open all day-every day! 😫😭🥰

Yeah! I would love if everyone could try. Why even make cow’s milk pudding when this exists? 😋 if you ever come to Taiwan, seek this dish out.
