Food was decent - Edit
Food was quite decent when I arrived at 5pm, and the chef is still cooking. Some dishes are quite warm and slightly cold, would be better to eat when it's hot. Overall not too bad for the price.

If you are on a Budget in Kaohsiung this is a good place to come with your family and friends, food was decent and near Liu He Night Market. Especially the 鹹酥雞 it really goes well with the Chili Powder.
