Simple - but simply great! - Edit
Awesome in its simplicity. You enter from the corner on the intersection, grab a plate and tongs and choose from warm and cold options (some contain egg).
Read moreChoice of brown or white rice, vegetable broth included.
Items are counted, we paid around 80NTD per person.
Food was tasty and looked fresh and inviting.
Pros: Quick, Cheap, Excellent

Nice vegan options - Edit
The location indicated on Google map is not exactly right. The restaurant is in front of a garage (which is the address indicated here).
Read moreThe woman working there does not speak English, I didn't understand how the price was counted and she didn't explain. So I just filled my plate with a little bit of everything.
At the end she looked at the diversity in my plate and told me to pay 120 dollars.
The bowl of rice and the soupe come automatically with the plate.
The food was really good though. I want their recipes !!!
Pros: Very good , Cute place
Cons: We don't understand how their calculate the price , Don't expect hot/warm food haha

Good veggies odd soy flavor - Edit
The veggies here were great! The price was also very good! However, a few of the soy meats had an odd flavor like chemicals. Hopefully it was just some kind of spice that I’m not used to. I was sad because I usually love all the mystery soy meats in Taiwan.

Good value for money - Edit
The food Was very good and healthy, a bit too oily for my taste but definitely worth a try if you want to check out Taiwanese cuisine!

A place to go back to - Edit
I hate here 3 times. Each time the buffet was different so I got to try many dishes. My favouritevwas a kind of caramelized mock meat with peanuts...soo good. I spent between 70 and 100 $ .

Great cheap place - Edit
Friendly staff, the owner easily told us which dishes have eggs. Several choices. We paid 100$ the full plate rice and free soup outside.

Cheap with plenty of options - Edit
Very simple traditional style buffet, with plenty of good options. All the food is really flavourful.
Read moreNothing is labelled and no English is spoken, but it’s pretty easy to see what is vegan.
Super cheap too. Easily the cheapest meal we have had in Taiwan.

Home style - Edit
Basic style buffet. In saying that, our first in Taiwan. Lots of options although egg dishes are not labelled. Owner speaks no English so it’s a bit hard to communicate. Nice quick and easy meal. Fed us both with rice and bottomless tea for $170.

Great fresh buffet - Edit
Really nice food, lots of fresh vegetables to choose from and then you can add sauces how you like them. I thought there wasn't much tofu to choose from but think I should've for there a bit earlier . Friendly staff. I got lunch and then a takeaway box of veggies for dinner

Typical buffet eatery. The different types of tofu were really tasty and they had really nice green beans in a sauce. Great value for money.

Best veg buffet - Edit
This place is SO delicious. Everything is vegan except the egg/dishes off to the side - you’ll know what they are. Nice assortment of veggies, tofu w/ sauce dishes and mock meat sesame dish (best mock meat and maybe only available for lunch FYI). Sooo good. 4 days in Kaohsiung and we have come for two lunches and one dinner and will probably stop by for one more lunch. Local place, nice seating outside. The two women working the buffet are very nice and were happy to show us how the buffet worked. Also every meal comes with soup, tea and mango rice. Our fav. Place in Kaohsiung so far! Oh and the prices are sooo reasonable! Hasn’t cost more than 180NT for two of us and every time we have gone it’s gone down 🤷🏻♀️ lol

Just fine buffet - Edit
Very friendly old lady who speaks a few words of English, but the food was so-so and the options less than the average buffet in Taiwan. Still a nice experience.

Quaint little place - Edit
I was expecting a fancy slick restaurant, so at first I walked right by this older looking place with so many pretty pot plants. All the usual veg buffet foods (and some egg stuff), in a comfortable atmosphere. Tea on the house.
