I came here with 2 friends to collect breakfast. Two of us were vegan and asked what could be done vegan. The owner (I assume, with an English accent?) came out and told us she could make something potato based with tomatoes, almost like a vegan jambalaya on homemade focaccia. Oh my god it was honestly outstanding. The bread I think was some of the best I've ever had- so tasty. And we had some vegan cupcakes with a biscoff top. Definitely would return next time I'm in Buncrana! Would give 5 stars if I could.
