Really excellent main meal - eggplant stuffed with spicy lentils. Options clearly marked on the menu, including 1 small plate, 1 main and 1 dessert.

Yum and fun - Edit
I've been here a couple of times, and it never disappoints. Bob has been in charge for a year and a half now, and he's just the perfect host. He'll go out of his way to accommodate every need. I had the stuffed aubergine, and it was gorgeous! Had a great chat at the end. Highly recommend it!

Very tasty lunch ! - Edit
The only HappyCow restaurant in Buncrana was closed at our visit, so we started consulting menus in the street to find somewhere to eat. Almost leaving Ubiquitous, the server came out and asked us what we were looking for and we answered "Vegan food". He said that he had several vegan options and that was true ! Pleasantly surprised by the crispy sweet potatoe "nachos" with guacamole + bean mixture followed by a very generous serving of a tasty lentil-stuffed eggplant or the butternut risotto (served without parmesan), we hardly had space for the smooth chocolate cake with strawberries. We loved it !
