Good authentic chinese cuisine - Edit
This place is really tasty, with a friendly owner, and cook to order food.
Read moreThe only downside was the spring rolls. They were clearly frozen, and not that great.
The rest of our meal was awesome.
It's reasonably priced, if not the cheapest.
We would eat there again.
Pros: Authentic chinese dishes , Friendly owner
Cons: Frozen spring rolls, nor recommended

No Good - Edit
Owner lied to me that everything was vegan. Sat down and went through the menu. Made some choices. Then she left and came back and asked me if I wanted milk in my coffee. What? Soy milk? Yes please. No soya milk. Dead Baby Bovine's Raped and Murdered Mother's Milk of course. Despite the pouring rain l left, walked to the market and bought clearly labelled vegan dumplings for my own damn self and they tasted great. This is why vegans do not patronize lacto-ovo food businesses. They are simply not vegetarians, they are omnivores and they cannot be trusted to care for animals nor the people who care for them. So boring.

Delicious Chinese food - Edit
Tasty Chinese options you'd expect back home from your local Chinese - includes tofu dishes and soya mock meats! Would definitely recommend trying the satay chicken 🤤

A must go - Edit
Vege Good was probably by favorite place to go for food in Melakka. Lots of options, everything was tasty and reasonably priced. The lady running the restaurant was very friendly and though the place is quite stuffed, it was always very clean when I went :).

Average - Edit
Wide choice of mock meats, acceptable crispy chick and ice lemon tea. The dumplings weren’t too good. We had to wait a bit for the food. I’ve been to cheaper places in Malaysia, the food isn’t anything special but costs as in some fancier places.

Good mock meats - Edit
We had 3 dishes with rice - Crispy chik, mutton curry and mushrooms and broccoli. The Mock meats were very good which we liked but maybe steer clear if mock meats freak you out as they were very meat like. The mushroom dish was disappointing, it didn’t really have any flavor at all.
Read moreThe menu was quite tricky to navigate and maybe a bit limited as they had no tofu which wrote off a quarter of the menu but when we asked for it to be explained the waitress was very helpful.
All in all it was a nice meal and felt like a very authentic restaurant. We really enjoyed the Chinese tea too!

Awesome Spot! - Edit
I wasn't looking for vegan options, only vegetarian & gluten free and there were lots of options for me! I ended up choosing the Curry Vert. Mutton Rice which was mock meat made from mushroom stems, and RM 7.50. It was delicious and a very welcome flavourful change from the plain rice I ate for RM 5 last night! The owner is friendly and speaks good English and explained some menu items to me. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Excellent food taste, clean and cosy environment! - Edit
Love this restaurant. Very cosy, calm homely feel, with beautiful music playing in the background. The owner is very friendly with sweet warm smile. I had fried wantan noodle, steam dumpling and wheatgrass with carnation milk. Everything in this restaurant is claimed to be eggless. Even the milk in the wheatgrass drink is plant-based (carnation). It is more like a vegan restaurant, although the signboard says vegetarian.
Read moreI enjoyed the food and drinks here. I love the steam dumpling the most! Will definitely be back here with more friends and family too! Oh, and the price was also unexpectedly low for the great taste and big portions! Definitely worth the time, money and energy spent to visit this quaint cosy place! 💖
For the first time visitors, it is easy to spot this restaurant too as it is right by the road side. There are available parking spaces in front of the restaurant for those who drive.
Pros: Vegan, cosy, friendly staff, ample parking spaces
Cons: None

Tasty soup - Edit
I find that often the soups I order at veg restaurants are tasteless but not this time. We had 2 different kind of soups and the broth was very tasty. We also had the wheatgrass juice which was good as well.

Taste explosion! - Edit
I loved it here! The place looks simple, but wow, the food is out of this world! Couldn't get enough of it! Delicious vegan soy dish and something with mushrooms, together with veggie dumplings, I seriously over ate myself. I will be back.

Good, cheap food - Edit
We were told by our waitress that everything could be made/comes without milk. They don't use egg either so most of the food is or can be made vegan. Varied portion sizes between meals but they all tasted excellent. Spent 30RM on 3-4 dishes
