Yummy panini - Edit
Solid soy latte, vegan panini was decent. Grilled mushrooms and vinaigrette. Good bread and sauce. Add some tofu or protein. I was hungry in 2 hrs.

Few options - Edit
The service was great, and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, but there was just the one option for a vegan portobello panini on the day I ate lunch here. The best part of the meal was the delicious vegan vinaigrette on the side salad. There was no vegan soup. No one else in my group of 5 was vegan, and everyone else was happy with the sandwiches and goodies. The vegan muffins looked good- two choices that day- but I just didn’t want a muffin to top off a panini.

Good, but not for dinner - Edit
The Bella Panini was very good. The menu says it can be made vegan. However the meal was pretty small and the kitchen closes at 7 p.m. So, it's more a place for lunch and baked goods, not really for dinner.

Really liked it! - Edit
I was happy to have found this on happycow, as I passed through Palmer twice on my way to and from Denali National Park while on vacation. I got the Bella panini (without cheese) both times, and my husband got the veggie and fruit wrap (without cream cheese) both times. We both obviously liked what we got. I was impressed with the amount of vegan cookies and muffins, and the maple pecan cookie I got was really good! Cute atmosphere, too.

Cons: Expensive (like all of Alaska, though), Not a lot of vegan options

Lots of vegan baked goods! - Edit
Ive been numerous times and they always have good coffee! Ive gotten the soup before and was super tasty, but by far the best aspect of Vagabond is their baked goods! They have cookies and muffins and all sorts of things and they're always absolutely delicious. So far my #1 is their vegan cinnamon apple muffin. They're always rotating what they make and trying new recipes so you always have something new to try.

Pros: Delicious Baked goods!!, Lovely vibe, Friendly staff
