Delicious & Fresh - Edit
This place is such a hidden gem! I’ve driven past it I don’t know how many times and never realized it was there. It’s built into a garage with a lovely seating area outside. 4/5 purely because the menu was small and there were only 2 vegan options at the time. I got a small tofu/chickpea bowl over quinoa with veg and it was $19 which is rather expensive even for here.

Bleeding Heart Brewery always has vegan options available on their menu, and the vegan options are the best! The spices are food prep are top notch for such a quirky small brewery. And the beers are pretty okay too! No seriously their beers are really good and very creative

Great Vegan Options!!! - Edit
Funky atmosphere, located in a garage in downtown Palmer! Staff is super friendly and the vegan options are plenty and clearly marked on their menu. They have something for everyone here! Not a fan of beer myself, but my dad loves their Beet IPA! Super unique place, a hidden gem for sure. Indoor or outdoor seating available! I got the Tofu Bahn Mi and it was made to order and it was DELICIOUS!
