Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers a vegan pizza as well as a vegan chocolate cake. Staff know what veganism is and can adapt other dishes. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-9:00pm.
Closed Sun.
Visited once a couple years back. I emailed ahead of time and was given a list of vegan options from the chef (that didn't mention substitutions). I ordered without looking at the menu and was disappointed when my salad came out with chicken (because I guess it typically comes with chicken and was not a vegan salad as is). They made me pay for a second salad to get a new one. I won't go back.
They do have a couple vegan options, but I was not impressed. The dishes I had felt like afterthoughts. Like the only reason they were on the menu was because the restaurant felt obligated to placate the vegans. Zero love went into them. I can’t recommend this place. I wish I would’ve just gone to the grocery store and bought some fruit and a avocado and called it a night
Cute bistro - a few vegan items on the menu but they had vegan specials and were very accommodating/creative to meet needs. Their house bread is vegan as well.
Very nice place and helpful staff. They have a vegetarian pizza, you can ask to make it vegan. They don't put cheese on it, but they put a lot of vegetables on it, and not just a lot for Alaskan standards, really a lot. However I don't know if the vegetarian pizza with cheese has the same amount of vegetables or less.
They offer bread and told us it would be vegan aswell.
They also have a vegan chocolate cake on the menu.
