Detroit style pizza - Edit
I've tried both the round and square pizza before, but detroit style is where it's at. But the real winner is the breadsticks with vegan cheese. If a pizza place can't get me good breadsticks, I want nothing to do with it. Urban Field excelled there. Also very friendly service😄

Expensive - Edit
There is a $5 up charge for vegan cheese on the round and $7 for the square pizzas.
Read moreWe ordered basically the supreme but vegan. The crust was fantastic and crunchy. They seemed to really load up on the cheese too, which was okay though a little gummy.
Overall the pizza is ginormous and just good. I think the reason I enjoyed it as much as I did was because it’s hard to get a Detroit style pizza around here
Pros: Good crust, Super nice and knowledgeable staff, Huge
Cons: Very expensive, No vegan specific pizza on the menu

Pan Pizza - Edit
This is square-sliced, Detroit-style, pan-crust pizza. Mine came out crispy in all the right places and absolutely boobeling - yes, boobeling! - with vegan cheese.
Read moreAfter letting that lava cool a bit, I took a bite. The perfectly apportioned sauce, competing yet complementary mouth textures, and an actual, friggin cheese pull whisked me into an early-90s-era-Pizza Hut revelry (think an alternate reality, all-vegan one).
One sticking point was the price - almost $45
for a (“large” size) 8-slice pizza. Maybe that’s on par for these days, however, I wish that rather than issuing a blanket charge for vegan cheese ($7 in this case), establishments would consider weighing this cost against that of their regular cheese rations. Yes - I get bulk pricing and all that - but wouldn’t this knock a couple bucks off, at least?
Another nit involved certain kitchen activities overflowing into public spaces. Without getting into details, the PG-13 food-prep spanking of animal products happening within full view of the dining room didn’t exactly help to… whet the appetite.
Beyond these gripes though, this pie’s well-worth a try, and a worthy addition to Longmont’s Main Street lineup.

Top Notch Vegan Pizza - Edit
This is the best vegan pizza to-date, out of many I've tried across the country. The crust on the square pizza is thick, pillow-y, and crispy. The sauce is perfect. Made vegan by subbing vegan cheese. This pizza is all about the crust and sauce, and doesn't need any/many toppings. I like mine simple with mushrooms and/or Calabrian chiles, and some extra sauce for dipping.
