Good vibes and even better food! - Edit
Had the kale and sweet potato salad last night for dinner and it was excellent! There are lots of other vegan options including tapas and a vegan gyro! Also enjoyed the vegan chocolate cake for dessert. Highly recommend!

Cool concept with plenty of vegan options - Edit
Awesome staff, cool concept with lots of vegan options. I had three of the vegan tapas options. The arepas, broccoli & tofu and papas bravas. I enjoyed all of them. Arepas were the best of the bunch. Good cocktails as well. They have vegan chocolate cake, but I was too full. I will go back one day and try it for sure.

Don't waste your money - Edit
Idk how you can make falafels that badly but geeze it was disgusting. They also brought me meat twice when I explicitly stated vegan.

Very good food - Edit
My wife and I decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. The falafel sliders were very good and the gyros were great. Looks like the brunch menu has a lot of vegan options too.

Not the best - Edit
Roots does have vegan options. In July I went and ordered the cauliflower wings, falafel sliders, and the spanish gnocchi. I did not like a single thing I ordered. The falafel sliders were so dry it was actually hard to eat. The cauliflower wings were not fully cooked and contained batter on the inside. The spanish gnocchi was objectively the best item we ordered, but I just personally didn’t like the flavor. Maybe I just ordered the wrong items as there are some items on the menu I’m curious to try, but I just have not felt like going back due to the price and lower quality food we experienced. Note that out visit was very soon after they had opened so it may be better now.
