Home of vegan Thai co.

Extensive vegan menu, since they have the Vegan Thai Co. Ghost kitchen inside. I love that they have not just tofu, but also seitan and jackfruit.

Some favorites include the Yentafo (a tangy pink soup), pad see ew, cheese wontons (made with tofutti), and drunken noodles.

Best Thai

I long ago resolved to eat every gosh-darn bowl of vegan tom kha soup I find. Mana Thai, located on the historic southern flank of Dicken’s Opera House, makes a mean one. The same can be said for the kitchen’s colorful roster of curries, each delectable in its own right. Regardless of what I’ve ordered, this is consistently some of the best Thai food I’ve found to date.

It’s an interesting business decision to close on the weekends, but this just seems to add to the somewhat-enigmatic allure of this place. A lack of on-premises seating makes it more of a takeout joint, which can further justify an intermittent weeknight treat to help make the grind a little less.. uh.. grind-y.

Not a deterrent, but I’ve also had odd moments with a man who works here. It’s probably me.

Excellent!

Also goes by Vegan Thai Co.
Many options for vegans!

Only one visit so far, but you must try the vegan crab Rangoon - That alone will bring me back for a second visit.

Pros: Vegan crab Rangoon

So many vegan options

Their menu says everything is prepared vegan and there is a huge selection of fried rice, desserts, soups, curries, etc. You have the option to choose a protein (and select gluten free if needed) which is why it isn't full vegan on Happy Cow. I have never eaten anything I didn't love, and especially love the vegan cream cheese wontons and mango sticky rice. They are mostly takeout and have always gotten my order correct.

Pros: Everything on the menu is made vegan, Friendly staff, Delicious food and tons of options

Cons: Not much street parking nearby, Only one small table inside plus bench

Might be the best takeout Thai ever

Ordered on Uber Eats and was immediately impressed by the extensive menu with clearly labeled vegan items. It was extremely helpful to know exactly what’s vegan without having to call. The kimchi fried rice was the best I’ve ever had.

Glad it's in my life!

This is my husband and my go-to spot. The food is always delicious, and anytime we try something new, we're rewarded with incredible flavor! Our favorite dishes are the pad-see-ew, the Khao soi, the tea leaf salad, and the panang curry. Truly one of the best places for thai food I've been!

The only thing I've had here that wasn't absolutely delicious was the pad thai, but that's not my favorite dish anyway.

I also really appreciate that they have an entirely separate ordering system for "Vegan Thai Co". We've ordered from here more times than I'd like to admit, and have never once been given meat accidentally or found a stray piece of meat in a dish. The owners seem so lovely. We're so grateful this place is in our lives!!

Pros: Incredible food, Good service , Attentive to vegans

Downtown Thai!

Small business that is still offerings many Vegan options.

Perhaps we can convert this place back to 100% vegan again despite Longmont existing.

Very good!

I think almost everything (if not everything) on the menu was vegan, and the Pad Thai was really good! I think the price was typical for that kind of establishment. I was happy to see that they offered seitan as a source of protein.

Mixed experiences

The first time it wasn't spicy at all despite asking for it to be; the food was actually very bland and I had to fix it at home so it had some flavor. Very disappointed. Ordered a second time in error as they are also known as Vegan Thai Company. I realized my error at pick up and I told the man at the counter about my experience. He was very kind about it. The second time was better, the food had flavor and wasn't overcooked. It was a bit spicy but still mild. It would be nice to be able to get spicy Thai food of a consistent quality.

Pros: Friendly, Many options

Cons: Not spicy, Sometimes overcooked

SO GOOD

The tofu pad Thai and vegan cream cheese rangoons are AMAZING! It’s take-out or delivery only, but that’s okay! They also have spring rolls and occasionally they’ll have a vegan dessert option. Yum!

The best Thai

The best Thai food I’ve had in Colorado. I don’t know why it won’t let me give 5 stars.

They were originally an all vegan ghost kitchen called the Vegan Thai Co. They know what they are doing with vegan food. They flavors are well developed. It’s not like other places that just remove non vegan ingredients and it tastes flat.

I really like that they have a lot of ways to customize each dish (tofu, double veggies, tempeh, seitan).

Only vegan restaurants can receive five stars. That's the reason why.

Fantastic l!

All vegan or veganizable! So they should get a 5 star! We got the Tom Kha, Satay, fried rolls, pad see ew, and rice and had leftovers. #5 spicy is a an excellent sweat with great flavor. The lychee sticky rice was heaven. Highly recommend! So friendly too!

Pros: Everything can be veganized or is vegan!!, Delicious!, Super friendly!

Cons: A bit small in space
