We told the waiter that we're vegan and he veganized half of the menu, he even brought vegan Parmesan. Everything tasted great and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Vegan options are clearly labelled on the menu. Came here for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Tasted the moussaka, Mediterranean platter and falafel plate, all really tasty and nicely presented. The staff were very nice and attentive.

We booked a table for five, two of whom are vegans. The quality of the food and service is exceptionally high.
We vegans were very well catered to with a fully dedicated vegan menu. The roast celeriac wrapped in Nori seaweed was delightful, as was the Quinoa mains.
There were even four separate vegan desserts available the day we visited.

The restaurant has a separate vegan and vegetarian menu, all clearly labelled. Choices of mains, starters and desserts. Not sure if they had a vegan wine available. Food was delicious every time, the menu is seasonal so people can always try something new!

Great chef and nice waiters. Their menu has a vegan section with lots of options. Personal touch, know their food. Love it! This would be my favorite restaurant if I lived in Ireland :)

Lovely new restaurant in Kilkenny - Edit
On a recommendation from a local friend we popped in to this charming restaurant and booked for later that evening. So glad we did! An excellent, varied menu, a large wine list, delightful staff, and best of all a vegetarian menu with plenty of vegan options!
Read moreI had the vegetarian fettuccine which was delicious (after the most amazing vegan fried cauliflower salad) and my girlfriend had home-made hummus followed by vegan moussaka: *perfect* vegan bechamel sauce. Dessert was the most indulgent chocolate tart with coconut cream, and everything was beautifully presented.
If you’re looking for a special lunch or dinner in a central part of Kilkenny, Truffles is a winner.
