Good food and great staff and interior - Edit
We had afternoon and cream tea here and it was really lovely. The scones were nicely hot and fluffy but had a strong baking powder aftertaste. There was no cream with it but the butter was nice, tasted like actual butter and not cheap margarine.
Read moreThe cheese and avocado sandwich was ok, next time I'd ask to get it toasted. But there was plenty of avocado and cheese on it so that was good.
They had 2 vegan cakes on offer that I unfortunately couldn't try because I was too full :D
But they looked amazing and were something different than the usual banana bread and apple crumble: chocolate and lemon cake and a winter spice cake.
The staff was very lovely and accommodating and knew exactly which vegan items they have (not all of them are on the menu like for example the sandwiches). Would definitely come here again and hope for the scones recipe to change so they don't taste too much like baking powder any more :)

Cons: Vegan items not very clearly marked in the menu, A bit pricey
