Take-out
Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Atmosphere is pure rural Colorado and looks basic from the outside, but the owner/chef makes food from scratch and will cater to veg diets. Could get pad Thai with tofu (omit egg). Open Mon-Tue 11:00am-7:00pm, Thu-Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Road trip food stop option - Edit
We’ve stopped in many times while crossing Colorado to have a lunch break at this quirky little Thai outpost. While it’s possible to get a good vegan meal here, it can take some effort at communication. They’re not very vegan-aware, but several dishes can be veganized by subtraction (by requesting no meat, egg, fish sauce, shrimp paste, etc). This usually works well, but sadly a couple of times they’ve mistakenly added egg to a dish, so now we make a point of emphasizing the “no egg” request several times to make sure it isn’t overlooked.

There’s ample parking in the lot outside.

Good food stop - Edit
Have stopped here a couple of times whole traveling across Colorado. It’s a decent spot for food and there are enough options to keep me happy.

Hits the spot! - Edit
We’ve stopped in here a few times on our way back from mountain adventures. We’re always starving when we arrive and food comes out quickly with friendly service. I’m sure the hunger sauce helps, but food is fresh and tasty! There are some picnic tables in the shade outside, good for dining with pups in tow.

Good veg options - Edit
We’ve been coming to this family owned restaurant whenever we’re in the area and the food never disappoints. We’ve asked for vegan pad see eew and pad kee mow and they’ve been accommodating in our requests. Sometimes my noodles are on the greasy side but otherwise, customer service is always excellent.

Simple but yum! - Edit
The couple who own and run this place are so genuinely friendly and welcoming. If you say a few words in Thai they will smile so big. The Thai pumpkin curry is delish. Great option for this area.

An oasis! - Edit
Great little place. The lack of ambiance is deceiving-don't let it fool you. Great food, very vegan/veg friendly and nice staff.

amazing food! - Edit
This place is a gem! After exploring The Black Canyon of the Gunnison all day we were in desperate need of vegan food. We found this place by chance. The food was quick and absolutely fabulous! I got the red curry and my wife got the green. Seriously some of the best Thai food I've ever had.
