Really cute spot with lovely staff. My friend was so happy to get delicious vegan and gluten free pancakes. The black bean burger and fries were also a hit!

Love the pancake option.Avocado toast butter isn’t vegan because of the butter. Oddly enough, they actually have vegan butter though. So you have to specify.

Delicious vegan breakfast plate, which includes gluten-free/vegan pancakes! For the price, it really should come with hash browns and/or toast for the avocado. Good diner-style, bottomless coffee too!

Great Breakfast Stop! - Edit
Ordered the “Vegan Breakfast” (pancakes with avocado and fruit) and the Avocado Toast (has everything bagel seasoning and Cholula is available on the table). Clearly marked vegan or vegan-option-available menu items and almond milk is available for coffee & tea. Dog patio out back that overlooks the South Arkansas River.

Lovely spot and easy experience ordering! - Edit
Went in for lunch on the way through Salida and discovered this new place! Opened in 2019. You order at the counter and the hostess knew exactly what I meant by vegan. The pancakes, beyond burger, and avocado toast require no substitutions. I ordered the apple walnut salad with the beyond patty added, and it came out with no cheese as requested.
