Very cool new spot with nice folks!

This little place is doing it right. Not only great selection of draft/canned/bottled beer but even Athletic Brewing NA beers (my favorite!). Their hummus is crazy good as are the pickles that seem to be their main theme. Do yourself a favor and get a bonus big pickle. You won’t regret it. Owner was super inviting and everyone was cool with the vegan recommendations! Will return anytime I’m cruising up to monarch!

Hummus sandwich

Great hoagie bread. Sandwich reminds me of east coast (sheetz or Wawa made to order). Crappy to only have one option but it was filling after a mtb ride. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Pros: Outside seating , Nice staff

Cons: One boring option , No fries

Poncha Pub worth it!

Both my partner and I said this was the best meal we'd had so far in Colorado.

Pros: The Herbivore Sandwich was awesome! Fresh&YUM!
