Incredible food and friendly staff - Edit
They have vegan options on the menu, and also who I think was the owner told us they could make almost anything on the menu vegan if asked. They were really accommodating to us after learning we were vegan. Awesome place!

By chance we found this Indian restaurant while traveling near Puyallup. They have some vegetarian and vegan food. The waitress warn us that the naans are not vegan. The food was awesome, we really liked them.
