Serves meat, vegan options available. Large selection of vegetarian choices. Try the lentil soup. Open Mon-Thu 12:00pm-8:30pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-8:30pm.
There seemed to be a fair number of dishes that were vegan or easily made vegan, but the food itself was pretty meh. To be fair, we only went the one time and it was during the pandemic (where staffing shortages have hurt the quality of restaurant experiences at times) so maybe this was a really off day for the kitchen. The food was watery and the veggies were clearly from a bag of frozen mixed veggies, not fresh, which may be what was making our dishes so watery. We won’t be returning any time soon because we can drive just a little further to Tacoma and get astronomically better food at Gateway to India.
If you aren't strict, this place is probably fine. The menu has a vegetarian section that says (ask for Vegan) I ordered Malai Kofta vegan. She only acted briefly confused then said "no cream, just coconut milk?" And I said yep. I also ordered naan and she said "no butter?" On her own, so I felt good about it. I started eating happily and the food was great, then I found what I'm pretty sure was a piece of cheese in my food. Not a huge deal, didn't ruin my day, but just makes you wonder.
Amazing vegetarian options, we love this place. Just specify anything with dairy to be replaced with coconut milk, and if there's paneer to be replaced with tofu to be vegan.
Super friendly staff. When I verified if the curry I wanted had dairy in it, they promptly offered to swap it out for me! I had a veggie load saag curry with coconut milk subbed in for the usually dairy. It was delicious!!!
Great service here and tons to choose from. They have a nice vegetarian menu as well. If you are into something ask them if it's not on the regular menu. I get them to make a great mushroom marsala.
I love the mushroom Marsala and Eggplant Bharta great vegetable pakoras starters as well
great veg options and best Indian food I've ever had - Edit
Everything was so amazing and the waiter seemed knowledgable about what vegan meant. Lots of vegan options listen under vegetarian. Just let the waiter know you're vegan and they'll take care of you. 10/10 recommend

This place is the new fave of my vegan boyfriend and I! We go all the time. The aloo mattar and mushroom mattar are incredibly delish.

Large portions, tasty food - Edit
Split the vegetarian option with my friend and we both ate our full and took home two boxes of food. Quite tasty and easy to share 🤗
