What a great cafe! - Edit
This place was a great find while we were in Colorado Springs. Thank you Happy Cow. Organic, high quality food. Loved that it was gluten free. I don’t usually get desserts. But I had to try a cookie, and they were amazing.

Stopped by with some non vegan family members. We LOVED the baked goods and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend. It’s extra great for people with allergies as the entire restaurant is vegan, nut free, soy free, gluten free.

Excellent food quality, homey atmosphere. I had the broccoli soup with a gluten free garlic and rosemary roll and a sweet chat with the owner. I wi6 definitely return.

The inside is really quaint and cozy, staff were super friendly, and I was surprised at all of the food offerings on top of the baked goods. Wanted to try so many more things here. It's worth checking out.

I was so pleased to find this little gem. All the staff are extremely kind and the food is great! I had the pesto sandwich with a side kale salad and it was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The donut with chocolate frosting was delicious and the waffle with fruit compote was good too. The owners are very friendly. Really liked the place.

A Gem of a Bakery and Cafe - Edit
A friend and I stopped in for lunch and some bakery goodness after reading about Elizabeth's on Happy Cow. We are both vegan, and I am also gluten-free. It is such a treat for me to find places to eat where I can order anything on the menu--wow!
Read moreThe environment is bright, clean, and inviting. The warm greeting we received from Elizabeth's husband made us feel like we were being invited into their home. He gave us a menu tour and gladly answered my many questions.
We had trouble deciding what to order because all the options looked delicious. We decided on the "build your own bowl" option. We really appreciated that we were not limited to a certain number of items out of each category and could mix and match based on our taste preferences. The bowls were delicious, well-portioned, and visually appealing. We both added a roll to our order and found the taste and texture to be wonderful. YUM! I ordered a brownie for dessert and enjoyed that, too.
I am so grateful that this lovely spot exists! We both are looking forward to eating here again and plan to try the pizza and pizza pockets as they looked so good.

This is a cute little place most people would probably over look. Tucked back in a little shopping center off Uintah. I’ve only had the privilege of trying some of their delicious baked goods but plan to go back for lunch! Everyone was very friendly. The food is delicious, try the lemon frosting.

I frequent Sweet Elizabeth’s. By FAR the best Salads in town, tons of options, and really filling. The pizza pockets and other baked goods (selection changes daily) are so yummy, not too sweet. They have an area for kids. It’s great. This is a very healthy spot, I’m super grateful for it since I’m a health conscious vegan😄

Ran across this new place by chance and it was great! I showed up 15 minutes after they closed but the owner came out and saw me and let me in to get some bakery goodies. Will definitely be back for lunch next time.
