The grocery store itself has plenty of vegan options throughout, so I was expecting a little more from the deli. Only 1 sandwich was vegan as-is on the menu (basically a veggie sandwich), and they didn’t have any vegan faux meats or even tofu, which felt like a missed opportunity for a sandwich counter. The sandwich was good, though, and was quite large.
Also, other reviews made it seem like there would be more food choices, so not sure if things changed during Covid.
Every day there is at least one variety of soup (sometimes as many as three) that is both Vegan and Wheat-Free... And delicious, of course. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their grab and go options include a variety of cold salads, fresh rolls, spreads, dips and hummus. There are also yummy baked goods as well.
This is a full grocery store with cafe. I think of it as a local Whole Foods. We enjoy going there for organic groceries and good quality vitamins and home goods. The cafe is great! We go there for lunch and get the veggie burger or falafel burger. They usually have a fresh vegan cake as well :)
Mountain mama is extremely vegan friendly. From the make you own sandwich and wrap options to the daily soups and pasta salads. The grocery section is full of vegan options including bulk items. The you can add as many toppings as you what on sandwhichs and the price is the same.
I love the little homemade things I snag here while on the run. Their hummus and other spreads are amazing. I love the coffee. The peanut butter is also great because it is ground right there.
Mountain Mama has great sanwhiches. For Vegans the best option is to build your own. Theres no shortage in ingredients and theres no extra charge to pile it high. all their vegan sauces and Aioli are amazing. There is always some kind of Vegan cake or cup cake. prices are great for the portion
Mountain mamas is my go to for delicious soup. They use a cashew cream in their "cream" soups which is decadent. The borscht is a treat. I love this place.

Many lunch options - Edit
There are so many options for lunch between soup, make your own salad, and make your own sandwich. There is usually a vegan/wheat free cake too.
