Great find - Edit
Only 1 roll is vegan to start but the staff is super friendly and can sub tempeh for any fish and they have vegan sauce substitutes. Win!

Good sushi, lots of options - Edit
Every sushi can be made vegan with tempeh for no extra cost, they are pretty good with good wasabi.

Great food truck - Edit
Sushi options are more than one (yay) for this side of island it’s a great choice. Don’t forget to check out Kauai Sushi Station when in Lihue it’s the best sushi on island. Across from Costco Gas in a small parking lot. Like I said for this side of island this one is good also. Aloha

Few options, but fresh sushi. - Edit
For vegans, the only options are a vegan sushi burrito (which was really good) and a vegetable roll (which was decent). We also tried the edamame, which was probably the best thing we had there. Miso soup was very average.

Amazing wraps! - Edit
Fantastic food and fantastic service. Previous reviewer must have caught them on a bad day. They were very friendly. They are able to make pretty much everything on the menu vegetarian or, if you replace their yum yum sauce with a vegan sauce options, vegan. They will replace fish with tempeh on any item that lists fish. It was great! Couple it with a juice from the Kauai Juice Co across the street and it is magic!

Couple Vegan Options - Edit
It was a cute, tiny hut and had an eating area at a quaint plaza. On the phone, I asked what vegan options they had. They weren't very friendly. They seemed rude quite frankly. Maybe they were stressed through all the high volume of tourists the time I called, but it wasn't inviting. I went to visit anyway. In person, however, the front staff was friendly, attentive and answered all our questions, so it was a better experience. We ordered the only vegan sushi options and a miso soup. I saw that the miso came from a dried form or packet, hydrated with warm water. Otherwise, I enjoyed their sushi rolls and sushi burritos. It was quite expensive for a few items, but that's expected.
