Good but extremely small portion - Edit
A few vegan dishes, all of which are 2-3 times more expensive than the non-vegan ones, strange. Ordered adobo which was tasty but sooo little food for 300... Service charge added also, and the staff was not very welcoming.

Small restaurant that used to be vegan that now sells meat. The food isn’t incredible but good enough to go back. Unfortunately they started selling meat. You’re even greater with roasted chicken on display when you walk in

Soul kitchen doesn't exist. Nothing at the address and there is another "sould kitchen" with vegan options - Edit
This place doesn't exist anymore. There is another place in makarti that you find if you search "soul kitchen" they also have vegan Ramen and it's nice but they don't have the same options and it doesn't look like the photos.. just a heads up

I have tried many vegan places. Soul Kitchen ranks in my Top 3, and is presently #1 - Edit
Shocked in a very good sense. Vegan ramen/udon was packed with flavor (default is on the spicy side -- request to tone down if you need to). Mind blown from vegan tonkotsu (eggplant based) -- I could not really tell the difference from a traditional pork tonkotsu from my past omnivorous life. The bamboo shoot and malunggay curry was sublime (some notes of laing there, gourmet style). Soul Kitchen purveyor Ryan Alba was also very kind and attentive to let me know of the specials menu (which updates from time to time) and to offer to prepare me dishes not currently on the day's menu. Bear in mind that I did not dine in due to the current pandemic. This was DELIVERY, thus the food travels well, and must be even better consumed onsite. It is my hope that this places succeeds and stands the test of time.
