Has vegan options - Edit
Clearly labelled vegan options on the menu but not the best food we had in Goreme. We got the spinach casserole and vegan sandwich and for the price we paid it was below average, they also add a 10% service charge at the end. Good to have options but there’s better places in the area.

Fantastic view and vegan food - Edit
This is a beautiful restaurant with a few vegan options. The staff was very helpful and friendly and knew the menu well enough to inform us on what’s vegan and not.

They serve you some appetizers (mezes) with bread in the beginning. I had the vegan burger. The patty was falafel-like and slightly overdone whilst the oyster mushrooms were undercooked. The service was great and the terrace offers nice views.

Nice view over the cit of Göreme, very nice staff. But just one vegan option left: a vegan sandwich (that was delish) that was more kind of a club sandwich and costs more that 200TL/10€.

Food was okay - service was bad - Edit
Went with whole family (many non-vegans). We went for the Testi (clay pot) kebab but found the menu has drastically changed. They had a labelled vegan breakfast option but for dinner we were able to work around what few vegan options there were. Service altogether was poor though with mains coming out before starters.

Contacted the restaurant by WhatsApp on the 7th April 2023 and they informed that the meu has changed. New menu here http://soffysrestaurant.com and I can't seem to find any vegan or vegetarian options.

Really delicious pottery! - Edit
I really wanted the vegetarian pottery and wasn't disappointed. My kids had the casserole but I was also debating between the white bean and garbanzo casseroles. Of course there was delicious hummus. Friendly service and would absolutely return!
