Delicious dips in a lovely cave restaurant - Edit
We ordered hummus, muhamarra, and an olive starter, all being very tasty. The waiter seemed a little annoyed by the size of our order, but we weren't that hungry and I also wasn't prepared to pay $33 for vegetables in a clay pot with rice, which is $25 more than it was 2 years ago according to the price listed in another review (!!) The dips were $7 a plate, but they were quite substantial and a little complimentary starter is offered too.

Several vegan dishes - Edit
This restaurant offers several vegan dishes. I had the hummus as a starter and vegetable kebab as a main course. I liked both very much but I must say that you can eat for less money and the same quality in other restaurants in town.

Refreshing, filling and tasty - Edit
After many days with disappointing or no food on our travel in Turkey, it was bliss to finally get something real. The restaurant has a lot of vegan appetizers and a delicious vegetarian clay pot kebab, sautéed mushrooms and super good pumpkin with tahini sauce for dessert. The staff was super nice an professional and speaks really good English, so there were no problem making sure everything was vegan. It also has a nice indoor seating in the cave and chill outdoor seating.

Lovely food - Edit
Solid set of vegan options for starters and mains that tasted better than other places in the town. The spice with the olive oil & bread was fantastic. All the fiery drama if you order the clay pot stew. Nice service too.

Okay - Edit
It's difficult to find vegan food in Göreme. I got the vegetable stew pot (testi kebab is the Turkish name, I think) which cost 220 Lira. The food was served after 10mins. I got to crack the pot with a big knife, that was fun. Then the vegetable stew gets poured out. Taste was good, flavorful. It was served with rice. But the portion was too small in my opinion. You get free bread with the food, so yeah...

Best meal I've had in Goreme - Edit
We had the vegetable pottery and the spicy smoked red pepper dip. They also gave us bread (some of the highest quality we've had in Turkiye) with olive oil, zataar spice, peppers, and cheese (we didn't eat that) for free, as well as free teas at the end of the meal. I had a lot of fun breaking the clay pot, and the food was nourishing and flavorful. All the food I've had in Goreme so far has lacked flavor, so this was a pleasant surprise. Our server also spoke good English and confirmed no butter in the clay pot.
